I had such an incredible experience getting my dress altered by Afsan at Pleats! I brought in my dress the day before my engagement shoot, and not only did she fit it perfectly, but she also worked her magic quickly and smoothly that same day. The dress fit beautifully after the alterations, and it truly made a huge difference during the shoot. Her skill, professionalism, and ability to handle everything on such short notice were beyond impressive. Thanks to Afsan, I felt confident and stunning, and my engagement photos turned out amazing! Called and was told they were open until 6pm. I drove across town and arrived in the 5pm hour only to be asked to "come back on Monday" because the tailor wasn't in. If you had told me that over the phone, I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there!

I used them before once and they did a good job, but that is very insulting.

Terrible! Dropped off a suite to get tailored and they lost the Jacket but then found it a week later. The jacket was returned with small holes all over the sleeves and back. Now they’re trying to argue “Moths”! NO! Also my blouse was returned with dark stains on it. This place is terrible!

I came here to get my wedding dress altered. I had it hemmed, had a piece of fabric replaced, taken in, and the seamstress added some buttons so I can fold up the train of my dress. I paid just under $800 for these alterations and I am THRILLED! I came in mid March and they had my alterations done mid June (I was in no hurry). The staff were incredibly friendly. The day I came to pick up my dress I forgot shoes and they had a few different height heels to loan me to try on with the dress. I couldn’t speak higher about this place or my experience. It was an easy process and the staff were reassuring and friendly. My partner and I intend on returning for future alterations. Thank you!

Amazing experience here in April 2023, getting my entire wedding suit tailored from top to bottom. I very much enjoyed the customer service (the receptionist was super kind!) and the seamstress patiently working with me to suggest where needed to be tailored based on my preference and style, despite me having 0 experience or knowledge on clothing tailoring. Also got all the clothes dry cleaned. IMO the pricing was great!!

I thought I was very clear of what I wanted which was to have the length of the jacket itself, not the arms shortened. They prefer to have the lady measure you instead. I was in a rush and told him that's okay. I just want it done this way. After 5 minutes the lady came to confirm I wanted to do it without getting sized to which I responded. Yes that's the way I want to do it. She was going to shorten the arms. I explained to the young lady who assisted me. I told you I wanted the length of the jacket, not the arms in which she said that I told her the exact opposite. Long story short, she wanted to be correct and she was not $65 a piece for a total of $130 to have two jackets shortened at the length kind of expensive. But it is what it is. But the girl at the register needs to listen more and talk less. I picked up my jackets today. I'm sure they're fine $130 later

Been here 1x for a hem it came out great came back because my small shop sized up too much for my daughters birthday outfit and they told me 2 days to fix it I get in the car nurse my daughter before we were off to our next stop and the employee gave me a call right when we’re getting ready to leave and said it was already finished. He was so nice even met me outside so I didn’t have to unbuckle my daughter from her seat! Alterations so far has been great!
