I was going to Burrito express for my weekly dose of breakfast supreme and was glad to see that the salsa was still in the little cups instead of the little plastic bags. food was great as usual but I was introduced to the little plastic bags last week and not only did I find them difficult to open but if you didn't use the whole thing at once you had to find away to stand it up so all that great salsa didn't run out. Just my opinion, I was fascinated with the bagging machine up front but not the end result.

Burrito Express is great for food, service staff is exceptional and food is ready quick. Love the breakfast burrito and bacon,egg and cheese burrito. Salsa are what they are best known for. Local business and they are worth seeing!!!

Visited Plaza del sol to get my Burrito Express food. Love the steak, potatoes, and cheese burro with lots of their home made green hot sauce. The breakfast burros are very tasty, filling & inexpensive! Try it once & you'll see.

This small strip-mall shopping center was remodeled a few years ago, and I was so afraid that the horse mannequin that was on top of the building would be taken away in the renovation. No worries--the flying horse lives, but is now installed on a balcony on the front of what looks like an old-west downtown! Small but cute in design, and definitely relevant to the nearby equine veterinary business and tack shop. The feed shop in this shopping center has apparently closed down. But what do I go there for? The burritos! That's right, Burrito Express operates one of their stores there, and that I why I do have occasion to visit. A star is taken off of this post for the somewhat cramped, non-angled parking spaces, which can be a challenge when the big trucks of local horse enthusiasts crowd the parking lot. But I love to see original architectural design in this Shop Local center .

Food here is questionable, the Menudo is not the cleanest but still eatable, the best item on the menu in my opinion would be the Tortas Augadas, they are spectacular and the Chile sauce is amazing.
