Great plaza, so many shops and miscellaneous stuff you need. So much better now that REI resupply isn't out in the parking lot. The convenience of shopping in the store is much better.

You want the best tasty awesome fresh nd clean shabu shabu. This is it. 20.00 for lunch and 30 for dinner with sea food only for dinner. Their soup bases are the bomb. Must try!

One of our go-to spots because it's close to home and has a good selection of restaurants like BJ's Brewery, Eureka, Silverlake Raman and shabu shabu. Burlington Coat Factory is there and several other clothing stores plus a 24 Hr Fitness Center. Plenty of parking and located across the street from the Cerritos Mall. Busy plaza and very convenient.

Parking around BJ's Brewery is not good. Too many people crossing the three way intersection. Other areas are OK with some back routes behind the buildings. There is an odd mix of dining and stores. TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, Burlington, Olive Garden, Luna Grill, etc.. It is a diverse mix of mid scale places.

Broth is a fantastic Shabu Shabu restaurant with great ingredients to add to your hot pot! Why Burlington coat factory and chuck e cheese is in the plaza as well is a total mystery! If you happen to leave Broth with a little room left in your belly, try Afters, a Rick & Morty themed ice cream shop!
