I would like to say this store has made a firm customer out of me. After my daughter had a negative experience with an employee at this store I wrote a review describing the situation. I have revised my review to reflect my appreciation for the owner addressing the issue in a considerate and professional way. It is so nice to be heard and to know that this store cares about its customers. Thank you.

I have been to this location a few times over the past several years, typically just to browse the clothes, but today I decided I would bring in a large basket of clothes to sell. Many items were name brand: Lululemon, True Religion, etc. - and many items were new, with tags. These are all clothes I have purchased relatively recently, and for the ones I had worn, I hadn't worn more than a couple of times.

It took nearly an hour and a half for the associates to go through my basket. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked that they had only selected two things from my basket - an admittedly unfavorably colored puffer vest and a basic men's workout tank top. I was shocked. After the initial shock wore off, it really is laughable - I'm not sure what I expected, because their standards for clothing are certainly not high.

As you browse the racks, you'll find that most of the clothes available for sale are worn out, shrunken, faded, and of generally poor quality and condition. The racks are full of clothes from Walmart (literally), Shein, and Fashion Nova. Lots of dirty sneakers and outdated styles of sandals and heels. Any name brand items are in generally poor condition or outdated. This has been my typical experience when browsing this location, so I am not sure why I was expecting a different outcome.

This is my first and last time attempting to "sell" clothes - it is simply a huge waste of time and effort. As for continuing to patronize this location ever-so occasionally, I will probably steer clear, as the selection and quality of clothes and the overall experience is lackluster - this location is essentially a tiny, picked over Goodwill branding themselves as a trendy spot for teens and young adults.

IF YOU’RE POC OR PLUS SIZE DON’T COME HERE!!!

I didn’t feel uncomfortable going to this store being a black woman and plus size. I had brought several clothes and three pairs of shoes. It didn’t feel friendly, it feel like they were scared of me? Like I just walked in. ? I was told it would a 15-20 minutes wait. I was told that it was a system/Machine that would judge the clothes for pricing. THEY LIED! I was standing right there and the two “Mean Girls” associates judged my clothes rudely and priced them right there. They took five items and gave me 9 dollars ?. Mind you, I’ve been nothing be nice and respectful to these ladies because why be rude? I asked if they added my 3 shoes back, both the girls yes and the one checking me out was acting nervous like I was going to pop off if she said no. UGH! Like girl really? I get home NO SHOES. I call this morning, obviously upset because I was lied to and also I had to TRAVEL AN HOUR TO GET THERE. They say they have them and I asked could I be compensated because of their mistake they said no, and then continue to insinuate that I was telling them that THEY STOLE THE SHOES!!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?! Terrible! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

The staff here is really nice. The pricing, is a little strange. There's a pair of jeans you can buy at Ross for $12, they have them there for $40. But they had a $450 pair of shoes there, for $179. Some of the pricing is random, odd, and I know they use a software application to determine the pricing for their stuff, but it's a little weird knowing I can buy something for a quarter of the price brand new, but they have them used for a considerable markup.

Do not come here. Made me wait 40 minutes just to tell me they won’t take any of my clothes because they’re “full on inventory and clothes are out of season”. Mind you it’s summer and I had shorts, tank tops, and short dresses. I had brands like Zara and Nike. Girls were rude. It was a complete waste of time and they made me pull out my ID multiple times while they could clearly see I was holding my baby…maybe just to make my life harder and just to tell me they won’t take anything either way.

Should’ve listened to the reviews?. Brought in 3 big bags of expensive clothes from big brands like Oh Polly, Princess Polly, Motel Rocks, and Pretty Little Thing. They didn’t look through them. The teenage girl picked out 4 expensive corset tops and offered me $10 then had the nerve to have attitude with me when I said no. Anywaysss if any of you girlies need clothes I’ll be selling them on Instagram @angeliques_closet!

I brought in clothes like free people, roolee, billabong, etc and they are not out of style. A huge bin, and they didn't take THING. But while I shop, I'm seeing Walmart brands? Clothes with stains? Don't waste your time, uptown cheapskate is better

Came in the afternoon. I’d never been here before. Told the staff I have a lot of clothes (many good quality and name brand). They told me the wifi is down and to come back later. Understandable. I come back later. Tell the new shift that I have a lot of clothes and barely worn pair of Jordans. They tell me to bring it all in. They tell me to come back in 45 minutes. I come back and they took two clothing items out of about 100. Didn't take the Jordans either (probably worth $150 used). I found it odd that they didn’t take much. When asked, they told me that their inventory was full and that’s why they didn’t take much. It would have been nice if they let me know that before bringing everything in and out and driving to the store twice. It was suspicious when I left and the bags had a very similar order as when I came in. Almost like they didn’t even go through them.
