Kade was nice he went through my bags to sell and was able to pick out a few and give me some money for it. A little disappointed that more of it wasn't taken but I understand. It's so hard to get rid of clothing, that look new and people don't want to buy it for even $3-$5 on marketplace so silly! Anyway wasn't a bad experience i am glad I got some cash for the items that would've ended up trash anyway!

My daughter and I love the store however the customer service is absolutely the WORST! RUDE RUDE RUDE and this is for the two Hispanic girls that work there it was 8:30 and one of them yells out in the store dressing rooms are closing in 5 minutes really !! We are the only two in the store and my daughter is the only one with any clothes to try on! And we have at 20 more minutes to shop. The guy that works there is super nice and friendly but these two I wouldn't pay them squat killing the business ! Do better management before your business is shut down from rude cashiers.

If the young guy is working he's nice and very helpful, he answered all questions and explained how dropping off and selling things worked, he didn't mind giving me the price per item they were offering when I was selling and had a great attitude and was the better of the employees, won't go in here unless he's working... The females are not so nice and not so helpful.

I love shopping at Plato’s @ Dothan, AL for their amazing selection of name brand clothes at affordable prices. However, I have to say that the customer service is horrible. It’s disappointing because I really want to enjoy my shopping experience. If you can handle the service, the deals are worth it!

Did not have a good experience. The girls had an attitude. Some of the clothes had holes and stains but they couldn’t take my clothes that still had tags and have never been worn(also good brands). They took 4 things and I only got $12. I feel like I should have gotten way more because one of those things were atleast $20. Definitely won’t be coming back.

These people are racist asfff I brought 2 full bags of clothes they said the had 2 orders before me then called in less than a hour and said that they had me an offer there’s no way they went through all those clothes and found 3 shirts for $14 when some of those clothes I never even wore !!! But my friend that’s 💁🏼 went in there THE SAME day and I know what kinda clothes she had in her bags bc I help her pack them and they called her back for a offer of $150 and me and her both agreed I had wayyyyy nicer clothes in my bags THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!
