Wonderful shopping AND selling experience. All associates were polite and maintained a professional attitude. I brought in a bag of clothes last week and they offered a very respectable amount of cash. I used that cash to shop within the store and I couldn’t have been more happy with the selections of clothing, shoes, and accessories displayed throughout the store. Shopping was made easy with descriptive signs and tagged details. Will be shopping here routinely!!!

Not sure who the owner of this store is, but it’s very clear they do not care about this location. Almost every staff member is 15 with no concept of customer service. I will say, there is one woman who has been working there for a long time (don’t know her name) who is very nice. I’m not sure how so many disrespectful children can work around her without being pushed to replicate her work ethic.

My boyfriend got me some adorable and elegant dresses from this store, and I absolutely love them! It’s a fantastic place to shop, especially with the great discounts they offer—who doesn’t love a good deal? Definitely a must-visit for special occasions!

If I could give 0 stars I would. So I went here the other day thinking I was doing a nice thing by given some clothes away. Boy was I wrong! So I’m walking through the store just to pass time .when I went to the front counter cause i brought a lil pocket book that wasn’t even named brand and to check in see if they gonna give me a deal on my clothing I brought in just for them to tell me they can’t accept my clothes cause it might not sell and they are out dated. excuse me! (I was shocked) everything in there is not fashionable and out dated. It was nothing wrong with my clothing. I seen better stuff at the good will store. I will never go back here again.

I would leave zero stars. Waisted my time for 2hrs to offer me $3.50 for a $30 sweatshirt I never wore. & I had a whole bag of pants I bought but never even wore. They expect brand new & give u pennies. It's ridiculous & a total waist of time. I wouldn't recommend everyone waisting their time going there. I have no income right now & was expecting more then a bs 3.50😡 I am so pissed & will never go there AGAIN. B warned u can take bags of stuff & they take NOTHING 😡😡

Decent money back for shoes but they look at you like you've brought in radioactive material if the clothes are over a size 10. Currently they are seeking bathing suits, brought in 7 almost new suits in size 12-14 and they were all rejected. When I asked the cashier what the deal was since they were all in style and not worn (that's what was marked off on my receipt) and she just stared at me. I looked down the counter and saw all female employees that all wore small sizes and I immediately understood. I said oh it's cause they're plus sized. I get it. Cashier mmmmm hmmmm'd and put her head down. Other employees listening in looked away and made with the busy work. As I was leaving I heard her approach another employee and say, that lady wanted to know why her swim suits were rejected they were all new and nice. I didn't hear the response as I left the store. If you don't want to take above a certain size, just be open about it and people won't waste their time bringing the items in.

They should have gotten no stars at all. I called the store twice before bringing my clothes. I was told by the employees that I could bring my clothes to sell. They never specified what kind of clothes. They told me I could bring my clothes anytime between 10a.m. and 8 p.m. and I could use two trash bags. Today, Wednesday January 22, 2025, I gathered my two year old and my two heavy bags of clothes. I had to drive 25 minutes from Sicklerville to Deptford, NJ. I went and dropped my two bags off and returned about 20 minutes later. Only for them to tell me that they couldn’t accept my clothes because they didn’t accept kids clothes and they were too “dressy.” Most of my clothes were brand-new by the way. Some even still had tags on them! I cannot tell you how angry and frustrated I was. I couldn’t believe I wasted my time and gas to drop the clothes off only for them to tell me this afterwards. This is my first and last time going there. I will not ever patronize this business again and recommend that anyone else not go there. The service was completely unprofessional and the staff seem like they weren’t properly trained.

They should have a sign if they’re not buying things because of high inventory. They told me a 20 minute wait for my clothes but they were too busy talking about a Taco Bell order to put in the system when it was done so I just waited there even longer. Wouldn’t go again other ones are better. They also threw my stuff back in the bag when I brought it everything was folded. It’s like they shoved it all in.
