I love this place, I went to get my ring fixed and the man told me my jewelry was not authentic. I went back to Plantinum and they took the time to retest my jewelry. They proved my jewelry to real and pulled up the purchase history with no problem. Gary sent me back to the man to get my jewelry fixed with strict instruction and boom my ring got fixed.

They have authentic pieces, good customer service and they appreciate loyal customers. The whole team was a mf vibe…

I really liked them when they first opened. Because then the business was ran better, or should I say the rules for selling and buying were more lax, meaning that when you bought an electronic item you would get more time to test it out when you get home to make sure all functions work correctly. Now you barely get 1-2 days, at least that's what the employee told me. I thought that was pretty unfair. Especially when it used to be 30 days. Then it changed to 7 days. Now 1-2 days. Pretty unfair.
