I wondered if CBD gummies could help me with my anxiety and the owner was very knowledgeable with the various types, brands, and dosages. The gummies (CBD, no THC ) he recommended work great! To anyone who knows the agony of insomnia or sleeplessness due to life changes or hormones ( menopause ) if you don’t get restorative sleep it impacts your mood your quality of life and overall health ! My boyfriend found these for me and I’m telling anyone who will listen these CBD gummies are a game changer !
