Out of the way hidden gem! Excellent service and great food. Had the Spam breakfast, comes with bacon, eggs, potatoes, English muffin and tasty Spam! The Debbie's Scrabble with rye bread is also super yummy. Dog friendly porch. Definite recommend!

We had dinner here this week and enjoyed our meal. The dinner menu is simple with only a few entrees. We both chose the ribs which were moist and delicious. Sides are offered at an extra price. We had a side salad and roasted vegetables which we shared. The service was excellent, and the food came out surprisingly fast. This was our first time with the newish dinner menu although we've enjoyed breakfast and lunch on prior visits. The restaurant was spotless and tidy, even though there is a staffing shortage. We will be back soon!

We came for breakfast before going on a jeep tour. Excellent food and service! Interesting menu with good options for carnivores and vegetarians. Best turkey bacon ever, so crispy. Other great standout is the red chili. Photos taken after we started eating and realized the deliciousness needed a review. 🤩

Great neighborhood cafe to get a bite to eat. My lunch favorite is the BLT, specifically with turkey bacon which comes extra crispy. Not sure if this is a normal lunch side, but I order the breakfast papitas to go with the BLT. Whether you live in Placitas, or are passing through, or spend time hiking the beautiful trails, consider the cafe for breakfast or lunch, and even dinner on some weekdays. They have live music on most evenings.

I had higher hopes based on the reviews. Service is fine. The gentlemen seemed to be the only server on Saturday morning and was friendly and helpful. We both ordered a bloody mary, and if you love bloody mary's, it would be best to skip this one. Very bland and flavorless. It reminded me of what you would get at an all-inclusive resort minus the alcohol. I ordered the Placitas omelet with Christmas sauce, and I really couldn't detect a difference in the two. The red chili was bland, and I was terribly unimpressed. Same with the green chili. The sautéed vegetables were on point, but the omelet just wasn't great. It wasn't fluffy, soft, or creamy. The sausage was OK, but the potatoes were under seasoned and boring. My husband enjoyed his chorizo scrambled eggs but not the potatoes. He ordered a side biscuit, and it was very dry. Not the dry that you needed to dunk to save your teeth but dry enough to stop after one bite. Super cute place with fun decor.

It used to be a nice friendly place to take the family but as of recently I feel as though the management went to absolute garbage, and when I finally got my burger it was still mooing. The chile taste like it’s watered down and the service isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. Never going back again

Drove by to check it out this only breakfast place in Placitas
Love the outside dining area, it would be awesome in the warm days! Beautiful Mountain View!!

If I could rate this zero stars I would absolutely everything about this place is bad. Horrible atmosphere. Nothing came out correct and I even found a finger nail in my food I didn’t get a pic because I walked out instantly.
