Employees are very friendly and willing to help in any way. I never felt like a burden. They were very willing to work with my schedule (I was not able to pick the items up for a couple of weeks). The turn around time was quick and the items were ready on time. The pricing was very reasonable, and my items fit perfectly now. I would come here again, no doubt. I brought my wedding attire here and they did a fantastic job.

I recently needed six curtain panels hemmed and happened to be in the area and chose Pins and Needles for the alterations. I couldn’t have chosen a better place! The staff was very helpful, so nice and friendly and the alterations were excellent, exactly what I had hoped the panels would look like. Not to mention it was beyond affordable, so much so, it would be more than worth the 2 hour drive and tank of gas to take all my alteration needs there. Look no further….here’s your alterations spot!!

Don’t let the reviews about the long wait time, it’s WORTH IT. Tamika (sp?) was the kindest and easiest person to work with when it came to my dress. I was so scared because I’ve never had anything altered before but she told me exactly what she was doing or would be doing and did an amazing job!!! Give yourself enough time before the date you need so they can take their time. It’s worth it. 10/10!!
