Lots of great stores in the shopping center, including great clips and a clothing store along with Raley's. They also have a farmers market during the summer where you can get all kinds of food and crafts

The parking lot is really good. There’s one part right in front of Raleys where as people drive over a metal cover it bangs so loud it sounds like backfire come on down and check it out.

Mind the laundromat the machines sometimes don't work (wash comes out dirtier than it went in, or fails to dry). They will refund but you can't get the time back

It's Penn Valley's action center. I was surprised at how much they have in this shopping center from Arcade to liquor store to a very nice restaurant and bar. Parking kinda stinks for a big truck like mine.

There is a Dutch Brothers and a couple of new stores. The Quick Quak carwash and Lumber across the street is a plus.
