I recently purchased a hospital bed from this family owned business and have received the best customer service in my lifetime. I am not a family member, friend or paid review. My daughter located Piedmont online, I called, visited the facility and purchase a bed based upon a fair price and superior help from the owners. The owners allowed me into the facility to see the bed, helped me load it and provided training on how to use it. They spent more time with me than they could have and followed up to ensure my satisfaction. I did find one part that needed replacement, I called for help and sent photos. One of their employees quickly responded and they shipped me the part overnight. A lot of companies are smaller and so can be more responsive, but most are not. Piedmont is.
They are the most honest, ethical company I have ever dealt with and would recommend them to anyone needing a bed or any of the other items they sell. I hope their business prospers greatly as from their employees to management/owners they embody everything a company should be.
