Devin was incredibly helpful when I was trying to track down a specific food for my mom's cat. Despite it being one of his first days as an assistant manager (with a lot of things happening at the store!), he was able to help me find what I needed and never lost his sense of humor. ? He was a wonderful help and a positive ambassador for PetSmart. I truly appreciated his help!

Always a great experience at this store. I have both my poodles groomed here and I also buy their food when needed. The staff is friendly, the store is very clean and well stocked and I really appreciate everyone here, especially Savanah who does our grooming.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I went to drop off a letter next door and had my puppy in the car. I had left the car on with full A/C running, it was about 80 degrees outside and was gone for less than a minute (with the car in full view) and when I returned, the manager Richard was outside and was threatening to break my windows, calling the police, and berating me for leaving my dog. I explained the situation and how I knew I would only be gone a moment and I left the A/C on and he continued to berate me and even blocked my car in when I tried to leave. I cannot fathom why they would allow someone to be a manager who so clearly does not care about peoples well being. As a woman, him standing behind my car so I could not safely back up was really scary and I still feel shaken up over it.

Love these folks. For many years we have taken care ofour 3 dog friends with products from this store. Yesterday it was a large pet bed for when I stay at pet-friendly hotels with my 120 lb. Rottweiler.

My dog has an auto-immune disease that causes some dry patches on her skin. Her groomer, Anna, goes above-and-beyond to ensure my dog is safe and comfortable in her care! She always sends her home with a shiny, healthy coat. I am so grateful!
