Bought 3 packs of cigarettes, but I'm not sure if I was charged a higher price... At least they were priced at $14 last week, and even $12 if I paid in cash... But when I prepared cash to buy them today, I was told that the price was $15 per pack （total $45）, and when I objected to the price after paying, the boss refund me $2. But there were many customers at the time, and the boss was busy and he didn't explain the reason clearly about why the price increase, just said that he will give me a discount next time. I just want to say that this is not the first time I visit this store, I have been here many times. I hope there is just some misunderstanding.

Bought 3 vapes and all went dead within the first 5 days. One didn’t work at all. Usually they last me 3/4 weeks.

Shops can’t import vapes anymore so won’t be surprised if old ones are being recycled and sold on. Mine definitely felt used.

Great place. First time trying it today and well worth the visit. Shame ppl are putting 1 star for faulty vapes when they were faulty from the manufacturer. Everything else about the business is a plus. Note all tobacco places I've been to charge extra when not paying cash. Not as an EFTPOS fee but cash is a cash discount.

I had a faulty vape few weeks ago I paid $65 for a broken vape at the time I was very upset as I drove far to come to this store,as of this evening I've popped back in and explained what happen tbh my experience with the staff was straight up amazing I couldn't have chosen a better place thank you for understanding the faults with the product,I highly recommend this place, thanks hbb for your services and kindness.?

Someone needs to report this business as they charge 3$ extra on each item you buy if you pay by credit card. Card surcharge should never exceed 1% on average. Be very careful when paying and check what they charge before tapping your card!

Best shop for tobacco related products. Skinny fella with the fuzzy hair is always friendly and helpful as always. Very appreciative of the help. Awesome range of snacks drinks and smoking implements. Thanks as always for being open at odd hours.
