The groomer and receptionist were being LAZY. Nikki R was supposed to be the groomer. When we got there it was locked so we waited when the receptionist arrived she saw us and just ignored us did not say hello or good morning she looked like she was in a bad mood. When Nikki R opened the door she let us in but made a face to see us there but she new our dogs names. This was the first time of her grooming our dogs. I have 2 schnauzers. You could tell that she was in a lazy mood. By the way she talked and moved. Like not wanting to do anything. She didnt even go to get the blue leash they put on the dogs to take them back. She just got down and touch them and said that they had an ear infection both of them And THEN she looked in the ears after. And said she could not work on them cause water could get in their ear and need surgery so they had to turn them away. I told her that they are always licking each others ears. I have taken them to the vet for their shots and they always examine them and they are ok. They have been licking their ears since they got spay and neuter, last year. I feel they just wanted to have a lazy day. It makes me so upset. They have no open wounds nothing oozing out. And I waited almost 2 months to get this appointment because they were so booked out. The receptionist had blue hair. And Nikki had like a triangle headscarf. Horrible customer service.

I being coming to this petco for years simon my dog had gone groom here and I had always being pleased until yesterday when after getting groom I notice he’s eye was watery later on the night I notice a green/whitish discharge on the eye but him a warm cloth with water to remove the discharge coming from the eye today in the morning when he woke up he’s eye was close I will be taking him to the vet I believe he was injure at the groomers or he had an allergic reaction. Like I said I had always taken Simon here to this groomers never had problem like this. This has being an inconvenience since I know petco groomers will not take any responsibility and I will have to pay out pocket money for the vet for my Simon to be check.

The groomer was very friendly and did an amazing job washing and de-shedding our large Lab/German Shepard. Our 13 year old puppy got her nails trimmed too. Thank you for doing a great job 🙂

We’ve had our XL bernedoodle groomed here a few times. He’s a handful but they do such a great job! Nicole & Hannah have both groomed him at different times and they both have gone the extra mile for him. Always impressed by how they never miss a detail. Thank you!!

First time taking our rescue dog, Frida for a professional wash, and that is exactly what she recieved. The groomer was friendly, so sweet with our girl!!! We will be regulars
