Can I leave 0 stars? Horrible service! Tried to change our appointment and when we told them it didn't work with our schedule Angeles gave us a solution to bring the dog in earlier to be checked in. That was fine even if they couldn't see him until later. And then the she had already taken their lunch break before we got there at the agreed upon time and no one else would check him into the kennel. Thanks for making me late to work. I'll never return to this location!

I absolutely love this Petco! I come here and only here! The staff is always so so so nice and they also have everything in stock always!!! They never fail to have clean animal enclosures either!! They are always SO SO clean!! The fish, the birds, and bearded dragons all have super clean enclosures. EVERY time I come here!!! Good job to ALL the staff at this location!! You guys are awesome!

Jessica Majam is the store manager at this location and instead of solving the situation at the store she asked me to contact corporate office. Why is she there, if she can’t help? Then she is spreading her bacteria and germs to everyone. She went out the store and walked to my car to grab my puppy. She asked me to see him then she started to pet him and wrap her arms around him, all while she is sick. She is selfish and not thinking of others. Jessica continued to cough and express how she could not smell, she was clearly congested. Please have your employees stay home if they are sick. My puppy had a grooming service at this location and at the time of pick up he still smelled bad. If my puppy is still stinky, that means they did not do their job. His mouth stinks, this service includes toothbrush, this was not done. I brought these concerns to the manager and she wanted to refund me partially of what I paid. I have to go pay for a full service somewhere else because her team failed to do this. How is partial refund going to help me? Plus her team is the one who failed to complete this service. She then said I was screaming, when I refused her partial refund. This is a joke, of course I was not going to accept partial refund, however in any given time did I yell at her. Yes, I was frustrated how she wanted to brush me off with a few dollars back. Your store made a mistake own up to it, that simple! She did nothing to fix the situation but walk away and asked me to call corporate because I refused her partial refund.

I’ve been coming to this Petco since 2013 when I got my first pet chiquis she is now 11 years old. Throughout time I’ve had rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, beta fish and recently, parakeets for my daughter. I’ve never done a review for the store but in my recent trip one employee stood out to me for his knowledge. RICKY IS BY FAR THE BEST EMPLOYEE OVE EVER ENCOUNTERED HERE ❤️ I know there’s a lot of knowledgeable colleagues but you can tell he really wants to educate and train people to be better pet owners. Thank you Ricky for your knowledge, patience and guidance. My daughter promised to take good care of the birdies and of everything goes well we plan on expanding 🌟 here is melon and bluey 🙂

Do not trust their "experts." They swore by a dog food and fed me a line about it being all natural human grade but didn't tell me about the recalls. This food was the #1 food related to premature death in dogs. Not just one review but hundreds all posted horrific stories about their pups. I threw away a 100.00 bag of food. I was so disgusted I didn't go back for a refund.

I am a Petco premiere customer and I’m a Rescue. I spend thousands of dollars but have to spend hours on the phone with support and get punished for complaints.
I am out of energy and keep thinking things will get better and that my feedback will help.

Literally THE WORST customer service, it’s the only thing consistent here. Employees on the floor talking and only one cashier with a line 5 or more people deep and transactions are slooooow. Prices go up, things out of stock but the service is the reason for this rating.

Been watching this store since they started selling fish again, about a year ago. Poor fishkeeping as expected with a big box store, can't justify making even a "pity" purchase even if heart strings are pulled. Buy elsewhere.
Stars for the staff though, they've been chill.
However I won't be buying from the aquatic department.
