I’ve been going here for a long time, I love the friendly and informative staff. However, the area where the adoptive cats stay needs to be cleaned more often. Full litter box, dirty water bowl, litter all over the floor mixed with some water and dirt. I have cats so I understand that they can be messy but their space needs to be clean and comfortable at all times while they’re waiting to find a home.

Terrible terrible. I bought cat food for my cats that was supposed to be like Fancy Feast but cheaper. Definitely not cheaper because I had to pay a pet bill. I took the remaining cans back and told the manager but no refund. I never heard of a pet store not giving an exchange for food that made your cats sick. Never will I be back again!! i was a customer for many years so upset with this situation.

We go there for all our pet needs! The kitties love their signature brand, and the puppers adore every toy down that aisle! We came in looking for some raw food snacks, and Kimberly immediately answered all our question, and even had lots of suggestions for our Corgi, Cheddar Jack! Thank you Pet Supplies Plus team!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I purchased an air pump for my fish and it only worked for a few days and then 1 pump stopped working. I tried to return WITH MY RECIPT and they would not do the right thing and at least do an even exchange. Feels like I got scammed. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Any other pet store would have exchanged it

Kept my dog 5 hours.The guy didn't know what he was doing had to call somebody in to help him. no one said they were sorry .girl at register was rude . little dog was charged 85 dollars. we bring 3 dogs here . never again. No apology.. no offer of a discount.. nothing. We're done.

This is a great place to take care of most of your pets needs. They were the only shop I the area that sells the brand of dog food we wanted.
We also used the pet was for our Labrador retriever for the hassle free convenience. Though we brought our own shampoo, the wash was well stocked with various soaps. The wash stalls are starting to look a bit worn as well as the towels. A bit more attention to cleaning the stalls after use would go a long ways to enhance the experience. Replacing the threadworm towels will help as well.
The staff is engaging, informative, knowledgeable and helpful, we will visit this location again.

Love this place. I live full time in an RV so it's difficult to wash my dog. I use their self washing stations almost every week. My dog is in a raw diet and they sell dehydrate duck and chicken feets. Very friendly staff who always making me feel welcome
