My homie Phillip wanted me to help him with this review. He bought his girl a perfume that smelled really good and they packaged one of the bottles and he give it to his girl and when she opened it no liquid inside the bottle. He called them and told them what happened and they said to bring receipt and they will exchange it and when he got there they said they couldn't help him after the fact they said they could exchange it. A complete scam company

i would highly recommend looking up the perfume you like online before buying from here. They double the price and give no refunds.

Harassed my girls into buying two $80 perfumes, which were only worth $20 (at any store). My girls kindly said NO THANKS, but Jazmyn (Manager) insisted on giving them a $40 discount with the total still $80 plus. I called Jazmyn knowing she took advantage of my girls as well as everyone else. She stated she just works there and doesn't know the actual prices. I'm shocked knowing they're telling people you're getting a deal and / or discount. I had a discussion with my girls, letting them know that if you say NO, then the manager should have respected that as anyone should in life. The other lesson here for my girls is to do your research 1st and speak up/stand up (especially since i won't always be around). I'm more pissed Jazmyn couldn't respect the younger crowed. My girls shouldn't have to tell you a couple of times. NO THANKS. There is time to hustle and time for respect, which there's a difference. I avoid these kiosks for a reason clearly a RIP OFF.

The first and only time I'll shop here, to be honest. I bought a fragrance from here as a gift for someone. It was marked by 3 times the price you would find online, and the clerk refused to give me a refund despite attempting to return it the next day, unopened and with receipt because supposedly it was on "sale" when purchased (?). Now I see why the shop has very low ratings. They're true unfortunately.

The salesperson who helped me was very nice and helpful. I purchased a scent that was originally $80 for only $40 and loved it. Soon after leaving the store I searched the scent and found it for $16 on Amazon. Bewildered and starting to feel like I didn't actually get a deal. I went back to the store and asked the sales associate about it. They do not price match and he recommended a refund. Then the manager comes out and shames me saying I can't compare online and in store. They have to pay for the building and going on and on. I did not appreciate being shamed for wanting a better deal. They are getting over on people. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

i was coming to the mall to shop for a birthday gift for my son.
i really came to just get some clothes for him.
i got stopped by the lady's in the perfume kiosk and eventually got cologne as well for my son and myself.
i think the lady name was Jaylene, and she did a great job.
i love what i got and so do my son!
price was great and service was amazing.
i will defiantly buy colognes here.

The manager lady was beyond beyond rude.
I had to force her to return a item that was well in the days of a proper return and the item was never used or even unwrapped. I made a cash purchase and yet she still decided to tell my brother that she didn’t believe he bought it ?! Even though he had a recipe and original bag that had their name on it I had to go in there and make her do it. She gave me attitude and since she felt threaten she then try to tell me to leave the store and to take my attitude with me. She Racially profiles my African American brother. And my self. I will never ever buy fake perfume from a China bought store. So beyond bad customer service

Scamming people work here. Never said final sales are non refundable but receipt says you can return items in seven days. Very poor customer service. Never got told that a cologne was getting sold to me for a sale price n it was a final sale. Nothing... Don't shop here, the sale price they gave me was even overpriced.
