Few times I've been here the customer service has been good. They are not open 24 hours as the website says so they might want to get on here and change that. Might want to think about changing their name cuz their pricing is definitely not Penny Mark pricing.

Interesting how it's called Penny Mart when everything there is like 4x what you'd pay anywhere else. A lot of their vapes are trash as well. I only go here when I really need to. Some of the workers there are ok, others not so much.

I noticed someone stealing and mentioned it to a worker. They proceeded to follow my family around the store like we were doing something wrong. We were just in for some snacks. Pointing at your customers and following them will lose you business just because you make people uncomfortable. Good luck.

I love the store but there is one lady in particular that always has something smart to say. She makes comments about how long your in the store and what your buying. I went in to get a snack and decided on a bag of chips and she said you have been in here to long for just a bag of chips. And this isn't the first time she's implied things about people who are in there and may be taking to long for her liking. Not everyone is in there to steal. I just think they need better friendlier employee's.

I was doing Laundry next door and decided to go to penny mart to grab extra Detergent, coffee and a few other items since it was convenient.
Now when I was going to checkout the Lady at the counter was too busy hanging out with and gossiping with her friends, looked over at me with a face as if I was disturbing them lol!
Okay, no coffee made and the coffee station was dirty, coffee pots looked as if they had not been cleaned in days. The products are off brand priced almost higher than name brand products, Music so loud for no reason, it kind of annoyed me so I put everything back and left.
This place is convenient but the Owner is facing uphill battle, if he hires people that don’t care his business will become a shoddy hood corner store

Exceptional place!!!! Very clean and the employees are super nice and friendly And helpful. Their cold subs are freaking delicious especially when the lady does her what I called her special sub idk what all she puts on it but damn if she didn't hook up my sub. I always recommend penny mart to all my friends and family.

Only come for wraps and black and milds the wrap was so stale when I got home I opened it and it literally fell apart in my hands. Tried to take it back to exchange it for a different kind and they wanna say no refunds but why am I paying that much for each wrap for them to be stale. It’s a joke won’t be back.

I have noticed how there is an employee who double to triple prices on items. Like Arizona tea is always to be .99 cents. They have tried to up the price. Now, if Arizona tea found out about this, there would be big problems for Penny Mart
