While on vacation, my 83 yr old mother and I was in your boutique. She bought a $165 white sweater w/ rhinestones. We went back for a teal one. There was a spot on it, the only size available. The employee tried to get the spot out. After a few minutes, there were still water spots on the sweater and could still see the spot slightly. I asked if she could order a new one. Because we were not local, they would have to charge $19 for shipping!!!! Really Then she had the audacity to discount the sweater for a measly $10!!! That is a fricken slap in the face. I wanted to laugh in her face so bad!! We both used to work retail ourselves and would have NEVER have done this to a customer. The employee claimed it was because of profit margin. Yeh, right!! Was probably marked up 75% at least. I wonder if the sweater got ruined they eat their $158 + tax.

P.S. whatever happened to the customer is always right?

I know it’s not clothes, but the accessories are just as amazing. Looking for classic Southern beach wear? Pearl has a great collection of bright, fresh, island style for ladies looking for something more than their mom’s mumu. Lilly Pulitzer should give you an idea of the bright fun style that’s available at Pearl. Warm staff and hot style will make your day at the beach blend seamlessly to the evening.

Pearl is a great place to shop! It is an upscale boutique full of fashionable yet very classy clothes. It is hard to find well made clothing these days, and Pearl is full of beautiful well made clothing as well as stunning accessories to match. The sales ladies working there are so helpful and honest. They truly want you to feel and look your very best.

I loved the store. Not sure if the clerk’s name but she was a middle aged lady from Miami and I had fun talking to her. She did not make me feel inferior at all even tho I told her the store was pricey for me. I bought myself a really cute (expensive) pair of colorful, fun pants and a Lily dress for my 3 year old granddaughter. I love the store and just wish I lived closer!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Rude and unwelcoming. The older lady there must really hate people, she’s in the wrong profession. To think I was actually going to attempt to spend money there would have been an unfortunate waste. Next time, treat your patrons better.

Always a destination when I visit Amelia Island. Staff if super friendly and recommended items based on what I liked (but not pushy). Great experience. I’ll be back again next time I’m in town!

Oh my soul. My daughter and I were enjoying our day together that we do once a year and we walked in and immediately were followed. The sales lady hovered over my shoulder from the second I walked in to the second I walked out. When I turned around and she was looking disgustingly at my 11 year old's jeans and t shirt we left immediately. Extremely rude and snobby. I would never ever recommend this store. I'm gonna go back and be all "BIG MISTAKE. HUGE" didn't they learn anything from pretty woman
