I absolutely love this store. The owner is so welcoming. This is truly a hidden diamond store. Kendra Scott, patch bar, clothing is unique. I definitely will not be wearing the same outfit as my friends. Very chic!!

Worst customer service experience ever!!!!
I ordered the LV repurposed crossbody purse in the camouflage pattern. When it arrived, I was so excited; however, the zipper on it does not work!
This is the third week that I’ve been calling trying to get a hold of someone to speak with regarding this matter. I’ve sent messages via Facebook bc there’s no contact info on the website. I’ve also called numerous times.
Three times, people have answered the phone and have been very unprofessional. They keep telling me that the owner has been out of town but that they’ll be back the following day and that they’ll make sure she gives me a call; I’ve yet to receive any call!! The three times I’ve spoken with someone, it’s been a different person each time. Clearly, no messages have been relayed to anyone! Now, it looks like I’m stuck with a $200 bag that has zero use since it won’t open!!
