I got an adorable bunch of balloons for my cousin. The girl that helped me was very sweet and helpful. I am so sorry but I don’t remember her name. Had an issue of three balloons popping. Notified Party Plus and spoke with a manager. She was also very sweet. My balloons were replaced and I am one happy customer. I would definitely recommend Party Plus 😊

Super nice and great service. Just 3 stars only because the prices are really high. 2 number balloons $26 bucks. Better off starters or 99c. But I was in a rush and this was close. Again great service. Just based off price.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!
Party Plus Rentals had everything we needed to make our dream wedding (ceremony and reception) a reality. Their showroom was recently updated and we had so many options to choose from. They even had custom banners and balloons for any occasion! Their customer service representatives were knowledgeable and very helpful! The manager, Bernie made sure delivery was right on time and he helped set up everything! The rows of chairs were perfectly aligned and the tables and chairs looked so beautiful! The equipment was well maintained and clean. I am so impressed and will be renting from them for every event I have from here on out! 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!

Party Plus is absolutely the best to work with. I have been renting party equipment and linens for the past 20 years. They are so accommodating, doing their best to fill my requests. Their customer service is excellent, especially we have enjoyed working with Suzanne over the phone. All of the delivery drivers are polite and show up one time and willing to help. The quality of their products is fantastic. Also, the owners are a joy to have gotten to know and support. I would highly recommend them for all of your rental and event needs.

The customer service was fantastic. Picking out the balloons from a large selection made our experience so much more pleasant. We actually bought a balloon with a defect and the manager was so accommodating and helpful with exchanging it. I definitely love this place!

I just wanted to say thank you to Party Plus Rentals. I had a flat tire and pulled into their parking lot to wait for AAA. The wait was long, my child needed the restroom, and they were so helpful to us. One man came and changed our flat and directed us to a tire shop down the street so we didn’t have to wait any longer. While we weren’t technically customers, their customer service was top notch for a mom and child in need. I can only imagine how well they treat their party rental customers!
