Party Fair is a very cool store.Party fair is cool in more ways than one. It's fairly undeniable that the selection of costumes and props is vast. There were even New Year's decorations available plenty ahead of time, there was everything you could need for a party. Party Fair is also very reasonably priced. I felt very welcome. It was impressive how I was given exceptional customer service; an associate asked if I needed help as she was walking out of work.

I didn't get the name of the person. That helped me form a balloon bouquet but she was very kind and patient with me. I ended up building 2 bouquets that looked great upon pick up. The process was very easy to order and pick up. They have an enormous selection of mylar and latex balloons.

Stopped in to Party Fair today for 2 mylar balloons - just plain balloons - no sayings on them. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a number of colors to choose from and I was even asked if I wanted different color for the ribbons. The whole purchase took maybe only 5 minutes and the price was great - less than $10.00.

My sister purchased this balloon for my nieces birthday on Friday 4/23. As soon as she purchased it, she brought it right home and directly into the house. She tied it up on the chair and about 20 minutes later this is what the balloon looked like. No holes, slices, or rips. No air is coming out at all. Just started to deflate. Because there is a sign in the store that says they are not responsible for anything that happens to the balloons when you leave the store, there is nothing they will do about this. It is sad when you spend so much money on balloons and within a half hour they are deflated. It didn't even make it to my niece's birthday which was Saturday 4/24.

I just had the most accommodating and pleasant telephone interaction with Pam at the Toms River store. I called to find out if they had online/in-store pickup, because
at the current time I am unable to physically go to the store and need bridal shower paper , ribbons and card for this weekend. Pam advised me that they do not offer those services. She then offered to gather whatever I needed and have them ready for my husband to pick up. She was very accommodating, professional and at the same time extremely pleasant. She certainly is an asset to the store or, as far as that matters, any store. Toms River Party Fair has been and will definitely continue to be my go-to store.
