I initiated my contact online asking about tire prices for my car. Very responsive. I was given 4-5 choices, various brands and pricing. Excellent service. Owner of business personally on site and understood how crazy I am about my car 🙂 I will definitely go back when the need arises. Service: new tires and brake caliper installation. (Yes, I need to clean the brake dust from the wheels!)

Went here for years, always had good service until this week. From start to finish the service techs were rude and talk down to you. No actual explanation of what the problem is or communication, repeatedly. Unhelp, insulting and rude on the phone. Frankly I will never step foot in here again.

George & his crew at Parkertown are great!
I’ve been going here for years. This month I brought them a challenge with my truck,
“Big Red”, that had a few emission & other issues. As usual, they went above & beyond.

2 days later I strapped a trailer with 2 full dress bikes and ran to the Smoky Mountains in TN @ 80mph with big red purring like a kitten all the way up.

Mind you, no vehicle leaves without George’s test ride & approval. That’s service with a smile & a George story. Thanks guys.

Great old school service, very fair prices and warranties. Use them!

My wife and I recently drove cross country to visit family over the summer. We took our Honda Pilot to Parkertown for a complete overhaul. New timing belt,water pump, all new brakes plugs and fluid. the works. We are grateful to Nick and his shop for taking care to make sure all was right. 7500 miles and not a single problem. 25 MPG.

I have been using Parkertown for 14 years. The service George and his crew provide is first class. I have great confidence in his repairs, recommendations, and repairs. His prices are reasonable and the repairs are made quickly! I live in a senior community and have recommended Parkertown to a number of neighbors. George and his crew are always happy to go the “extra mile” to help seniors !!

I can not say enough about this class A business!! From the 1st time I went in with a flat (Which they suggested I patch because the tire itself was in good shape) to my services tonight (which was almost 1/2 the cost I was quoted elsewhere) every one there has been terrific! It is understandable why they have been in business for so many years. George the owner, Junior and all the mechanics that stayed passed closing to get the job done are all Aces in my book. Thank you so very much!!
