I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Park Avenue South Boutique! From start to finish, Nick made the process seamless and enjoyable. My daughter had her heart set on the Paul Rekhi Gold dress for her senior prom (style #5210 in Almond, size 00), and after searching locally and online for weeks, we finally came across their website late on Friday, March 14.

When we called, Nick answered and immediately reassured my daughter that he had the dress in stock. He even went the extra mile by texting us pictures and videos from his store, which was incredibly helpful. To top it off, he offered expedite shipping from NJ to Charleston, SC, for just an additional $15.

We placed the order through the website and were thrilled to receive the dress on Thursday, March 20. It was perfect—no alterations needed! Throughout the waiting period, Nick kept us updated, answering all our questions and providing tracking information.

The level of service we received was truly outstanding. We will definitely be back for any future dress needs. Thank you, Nick, for making my daughter's prom experience so special! Highly recommend!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. My niece purchased a prom dress from this boutique two weeks ago. The dress had no price tag, and the owner quoted us a price of $375 on the spot — we paid it without hesitation because she loved the dress.

Unfortunately, just this week she discovered another girl from her school had the exact same dress in the same color. As you can imagine, no one wants to show up to their senior prom looking like someone else’s twin.

I called the store, not asking for a refund, but simply requesting an exchange. We were more than willing to find another dress. The owner’s response was dismissive and lacked any empathy. He essentially said he didn’t care and refused to work with us.

This was a disappointing and disheartening experience. Prom is a special milestone, and it’s unfortunate that a small request for understanding was met with such indifference.

I would never recommend anyone to this store. Be cautious, ask questions, and get everything in writing before making a purchase here.

We had the BEST experience here. Sage was such a great listener and helped my daughter find the most stunning prom dress. There was no pressure and they made everyone in the store feel comfortable and excited. I was shocked that the price of the dress was half of what I was expecting to pay. Highly recommend.

We went to look for my daughter's senior prom dress. This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a dress. Julia was so helpful and adorable. She even knew, as soon as she zipped up the dress and said I have a feeling this is the one, that is was the one! We were not rushed, we were not pressured in any way. It was just a delight! I will tell everyone about Park Avenue South Boutique! The man and woman who also were there working were so nice!

Great experience prom shopping! Cassidy was super helpful and sweet. Relaxed vibe on a Thursday evening. All the girls on staff were chatting with us and the other young lady shopping for prom too. Nice conversation with a man I assume is the owner. We weren't sure if this shop would have what she wanted, but it did! Daughter is very happy with the dress!

Loved my dress!! Service was amazing and they were so helpful with allowing me to create my dream dress. I was stuck between two dresses (the color of one, and the style of the other). The associate helping me, Leila, handed me a huge book with over 100 colors that I could order so I could have the best of both worlds. The owner was also very nice at checkout. Overall an amazing experience and an even more amazing dress!!!!
