Two years ago Mr. Wong(head of Panda Windows) said he would be able to replace and fix my floor to ceiling windows. The previous windows had many problems but was still under new construction warranty and installed from an entirely different company. We hired Panda Glass as Mr. Wong assured us all the problems would be corrected.

I will cut to the chase, once you pay them you are screwed because all the problems that they were hired to fix came back; water leaking in different areas, ice build up on the frame, and drafty windows.

They do temporarily quick fixes caulking, caulking, and more caulking, drilling holes in the new frame, and the best is telling you that it is not their fault. They have been here countless amount of times and the problems always come back. After two years of this my wife and I are sick of moving the furniture and smelling their quick fix caulk.

I would highly recommend a different company even if the price sounds good. In the long run the constant fixing and hassle isn’t worth it.
