Great online customer service. They respond in a timely manner and take care of their customers. I received my Starcow X Saucony Progrid Omni 9 and they arrived in perfect condition, the box and the sneakers. I’ll definitely be Copping Collab Sneakers from them! 🔥🔥🔥

I wasn’t going to bother further with Packer, but since they asked me to rate their service, I hope this feedback satisfies them—because I certainly wasn’t satisfied in the least.

My order was canceled due to a "security risk rating" of 99/100. I assumed Chase was a reliable credit card provider, so this came as a surprise. To me, it felt like they made an error in their pricing and tried to fix it by canceling my order. The deal I originally purchased was no longer available afterward. This felt very shady and is far from what I’d expect from a reputable shop like this.

Waited in line for sneakers last week. Was probably number 50 out of like 200 people. Seems like the employees arrive about 20 mins before store is supposed to open. About 30 mins after the store opens (after about 15-20 bought pairs), CUSTOMERS come out saying that they’re sold out. While I understand that they didn’t ask/tell anyone to line up before the store opens, the moment they arrived to the location they knew that over 150 people were walking away empty handed. Just let people know. That seems like the considerate thing to do. Don’t just allow basically an hour to pass w/o any communication to let people know that they were basically wasting their time.

Don't order from their site, you'll think you secured the latest shoe only to find out 3 days later they had an inventory error. Lucky I was able to track down the shoe in my size.

Super clean pair of Jordan 1s that shipped fast and got the best price out there. Keeping these on ice for at least a season before wearing them… Packer Shoes had these delivered really quickly. I’m satisfied with my online purchase overall

Very beautifully curated store, staff is very friendly yet very ethical.

Surprised to see so many negative comments, I guess people are unhappy mostly with the delivery timeline of their online orders.

Their site have much more collection comparatively, store is pretty big IMO they should keep more fast moving articles their (T-Shirts, Hats, Pants & Hoodies).

Incredible customer support. My package was delayed so I was refunded my shipping fee and still received the packaged shortly after. Would definitely buy here again!
