Moe is amazing! He was so helpful with my first pc build. I gave him my budget and he immediately got to work. I told him I wanted something with better performance over appearance. Had a difficult issue with my son's gaming computer that intermittently would crash and restart. Moe jumped in and was able to figure out that the memory ram was bad. He ran extensive tests to isolate the issue and made sure the other pc components verified good. He kept us up-to-date on his progress and explained step by step his troubleshooting techniques. In addition, he provided additional insights on gaming technology to ensure our experience met gaming guidelines. I took my brother's laptop to get it fixed here and Moe immediately got to work. He spent the day fixing it and kept me updated on what the progress was and what needed to be replaced or repaired. The laptop had a stripped screw and he took to time to get it opened and didn't give up. He was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with the laptop and what he did to fix it. Had a great experience with the service and advice he gave me.
