Owens collision amazed me with their quality of work on my Subaru outback which was hit by a deer. I wasn't sure if the paint would turn out like the original but it was even better than I expected. They did practically a remodel of my vehicle and I love how the receptionist always calls me back and answers every call when she can even when there's no new news. Most places do not provide that level of service

This is the only place I will take my cars. I have known the owner for years, great guy who cares about the quality that comes out of his shop.

I'm no longer in a shop but have worked in many shops in my day, including this one. Yes, gor an out of pocket job you will pay more here than other shops in the area... and in the autobody world you get what you pay for

Had our vehicle towed here on Sat 9/24/22 and called on Monday 9/26/22 the parts were already on order. Was able to pick up my vehicle on 10/3/22. Nathan did a outstanding job with communicating with me, and getting my vehicle returned to me. Thanks so much!

Owens has had our truck for 11 weeks. Customer service is unprofessional. They do not call to update you about your vehicle. They said it was going to finished on Friday July 1st 2022. No one called us, so we called them before closing only for them to say it will be the week after next. The vehicle did look good once we got it back. Customer service needs improvement.
