Nice mall, it has cinemas & foodcourt, however, the choices in the food court are not that much. Not too crowded. I like the ambiance. There is a small play area for kids but it was a bit dirty and is quite dark, it actually needs more lighting in there after dusk. Needs some improvement. Didn’t have much time to roam every corner but i’ve seen some unique stores in there. Will come back again.

Loved the dawn of the dead vibe. There are some very niche businesses here and a lot of space for a Spirit Halloween. If you’ve never been, I would come visit and experience it before it closes.

The mall isn’t the issue, it’s the security for me. This last Saturday, March 29th, couple friends and I attended the Goblin Market, which is always hosted at the Oviedo Mall parking lot. Around 3:14 one of my friends had to use the restroom but didn’t know where it was located at so we guided him inside the restrooms inside the mall. Then a security guard came up to us, me specifically and demanded that I took my mask off, and I wasn’t having any of it so I ignored him. He kept harassing me and my friends so we eventually told him off and said that we were leaving (we had no choice but to, otherwise he’ll keep instigating it). Why should I have to take my mask off when others didn’t have to. The Goblin Market was happening that day and people were coming in the mall wearing furry suits & bags over their heads. But all of a sudden an MF DOOM cosplayer (me) had to take the mask off? No, I didn’t. In fact i hope the security guy is reading this, you suck. He has brown skin and a combover haircut, also wore a navy blue and yellow security outfit. I know he’s “targeting certain individuals” because apparently I wasn’t the first he did this to. I am hoping he gets dealt with and be terminated from his job.

Maybe the idiot below didnt fully comprehend that the mall shuts off AC when it's cold. They can't help it if homegirl is going threw menopause. Get a grip. This mall is awesome and has been a saving grace for residents that do t want to drive and deal with tourists like this.

We went on a Saturday around 5ish, It wasn't crowded, which we liked, we ate at Asian express and they were really nice and good price for the amount of food and that orange chicken was perfect didn't feel like a bunch of flour it was so good all of it... my kid played a bit in the free mini play area, women bathroom 🚻 was clean, we bought art, saw a few places you could go with friends and paint, drink wine or coffee and just have a nice time. Also another place you can take your pictures and they print and make them look so beautiful 😍 4 stars bc there's not a lot of options to shop but a bit of everything ✨️

I honestly cannot fathom how this place has an average rating of 4 stars. It's like management does not care anymore. I went there last Sunday afternoon around 3pm and there were more "rain collecting buckets" than there were people. I get that it's Florida and roof leaks happen. But I get the feeling from the number of buckets I saw that this has been a problem for a while, and it's being ignored. Also, many of the stores were closed which is odd for mid afternoon Sunday. The place is just creepy - from the empty parking lot to all the oddball and mostly closed stores it just gives off a really weird vibe. It's sad because the actual mall building is really nice and the location is ideal, and if it had better tenants it would be a destination, as there are no other malls anywhere near there. They should make Trader Joe's or Wholefoods or some other popular retailer an offer they can't refuse. The area needs them and it would instantly revitalize the mall. It's a missed opportunity. But, as I said before, I get the feeling management has just lost interest. I give it 2 stars because on rainy days, it's ideal for walking. And it has a B Dalton bookstore and cafe which is the highlight of all the stores.

In desperate need of properly functioning air conditioning.

Since the owner chose to insult me by insinuating that I wasn't smart enough to know where I was, as if there's multiple malls in Oviedo, let me be clear :
On the SPECIFIC date, time and location in the OVIEDO MALL, there was no cool air circulating for the entirety of the 3 hours that my son and I was there, in the section where we were. I don't know how it is during the summer months. I only spoke of the SPECIFIC time that we were there, NOT the entire year or specific season. Seeing as how the owner wasn't standing next to me nor could he possibly know how hot I felt during that time, I do not appreciate the dismissal of my experience. I didn't tell people not to shop there, only that in that section, on that day and during that time, I was hot and air conditioning could have remedied the situation.

The mall was very clean the people are very friendly we went to go see a movie it was very nice, we went to the movies, and we had a brilliant time last night. The movies were very clean, and we had so much fun. We went to go see the new movie Last Breath. It was an excellent movie.I would recommend anybody seeing that. I would also recommend anybody going to the regal. Theater, there. The people are very nice. They keep their movie theater very clean and, the people at the concession stand are very helpful and again. Also very nice.It was just a wonderful evening, all in all.
