Good evening Google Family. This is my very first time visiting this establishment. I went to the location in Cherry Hill, NJ first.. The business was closed. So I decided to call this location before I ventured there. I did not want to waste my precious time. The owner answered and he said his name was Kris. I asked the hours and he said he would be open until 5 pm. I was so thankful because I thought the message on the phone, the voicemail said they would close at 12 noon. So I rushed over there from MIcky D's. I purchased the bags for my magnesium vacuum cleaner and the bags for my Oreck XL. I have been trying to purchase bags and get here since June of this year. God is so GOOD!! I finally made it here. Kris had another customer and I waited patiently for my turn. After I purchased the bags, I asked about the music there. Kris has CD's, DVD's, etc and he buys them from people. I will be taking my collection once I get it together and I will inform Kris to make sure that he is there. We exchanged business info and I promised a great review!!! Thank you again Google Family and don't forget to network and Work Out!!!!! Kris is very hospitable and I enjoyed my shopping experience there.

Thank you to Oreck Vacuums and Records for tuning up my Oreck vacuum. Chris , the owner, is very professional, helpful, and pleasant. I purchased my Oreck vacuum from this business in 2022 and take it there annually for a tuneup under the 7 year warranty. I could not be happier with the service at this business. I would definitely purchase another Oreck vacuum from Oreck Vacuums and Records in Turnersville, NJ.

Great store. Who would’ve thought a record store would be inside a vacuum store. Heard about this place from a video on YouTube,The record spinner(Dillan). So went today to check it out. About a hour and ten minutes from my house, but well worth the drive. Chris the owner was very engaged with you when talking and showed me around the record section. He had a couple vacuum customers while i was there and hearing how he treated them made it even easier to want to buy from him. Went above and beyond while i was paying(had a little trouble with a amex girt card). Chris, great to meet you today and awesome place man. Will definitely return.

To begin with I am absolutely appalled with the customer service of the turnersville store. My Mother got a vacuum from there..brand new..it kept coming apart when she used it and she brought it back a second time to get it fixed. I can understand her being annoyed coming back a second time saying she didn't want to keep coming back because she doesn't live close. The guy got very very nasty with her and THREW THE VACUUM ACROSS THE ROOM!!!!!! She was so shaken up she called me at work!! I am appalled this person would treat a customer let alone a senior citizen like this!!! And why further break your merchandise by throwing it?!! will be reporting this to the BBB! She did manage to get her money back. I've never heard of anything like this customer service in my life!!

Answering your ridiculous response. First of all my mother does not have a mean bone in her body and doesn't know to be nasty! I can understand her frustration of an over $400 vacuum that kept falling apart! Second I have worked with customers and even as an assistant manager I've had people yelling at me or throwing stuff. I ALWAYS kept my cool, never "tossed" things. I had smiles on their faces in the end of every single situation because I was kind and worked with them. I also have a couple friends that have complained about their experiences at your store. Anyway the situation has been resolved. As of yesterday my Mother has a smile again and a brand new vacuum cleaner. And you Sir have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you!!

Who knew that Chris , the owner for 24 yrs , was also an audiophile who’s been collectiong and selling records for many years . He now has added them to his shop on Greentree Rd . Incredible selection
And prices and he doesn’t even have that section half done yet ( I hope no one reads this so we can keep it our secret record shop !!)

I have used the Turnersville Oreck location and worked with Chris and his staff for 12 years. He, and his staff, have always been courteous and professional while serving my vacuum and other household and business office needs.

He is knowledgeable, and won’t hesitate to give you advice based on his many years of experience. I never felt he was just out to see I spent the most he could get.

As for his service, he has been terrific. Fast turn around and always serviced right the first time.

This store is amazing! Carl was fantastic, took great care testing and working on our broken Roomba. Everyone should bring their vacuum cleaner here if you need a repair. There is zero downside, just amazing wonderful people! Thanks Carl!

I own 2 Oreck vacuum cleaners. One is over 20 years old. I take them in once a year for a tuneup to replace the roller and belt and general checkup. Vacuums still run like new. The two men who run this store (don't know their names) have been there for many years and are always very helpful. Highly recommend Oreck!
