I made a quick stop at this location,, just to exchange a cable box remote control that was not working properly, from my mother, and I was greeted by Luis who was in the front. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and all I can say, is that he made this experience as easy, and as pleasant as possible. I know it might seem like a simple task, just getting a remote control exchanged, but trust me, from my past experience, sometimes that can be a pain. Luis was very pleasant, friendly, and he even asked me who the controller was for, so he could give me the best suggestion since it was for my mother, who is older. All I can say is if everyone at this location is as pleasant and courteous as Luis, then this is a great optimum store to come to for assistance.

Fiona at the Totowa NJ store was AMAZING during our process switching to fiber and moving to a cell phone line. She understood our concerns and helped in every way possible including follow up phone calls. Definitely a great employee to have representing the company.

Went to help my grandmother pay her cable bill and FIONA could not be any less pleasant. There were two different amounts showing due and we needed clarification and she was NO help. Also she had a nasty attitude. If you don’t like working with people then DONT work in customer service related fields.

Store manager and the associates are the worst people you can ever deal with. We walked in with and schedule Appoinment to get the phone lines deals where 2 phone line with unlimited gets iPhone on us.
The agent and the store manager bluffed us did mistake their end side, caused us to come out T-Mobile grandfather deals and being with them for 15 plus years.
We didn’t get any phone by the agent and store manager irresponsibility, agent told us our monthly bill will be from 17th of this month to next. Its not even one week and optimum already start billing us without giving us any phone.
Do not go to optimum mobile and never ever go to this optimum store in Totowa,NJ untill optimum corporate compensate for their mistakes. They don’t even worth of one star.
