Office staff at the front desk were very rude. She told all my insurance was only 100.00 max. Went back in with my insurance company on the phone she than gave me a dirty look like I didn't know what I was doing. The insurance company told my correct benefits an I had to reschedule because she was wrong in the first place. Iam going on my new appointment day an let her know how I was treated by her. She was in dicuss. I pray she won't be there when I go back. I really don't want to see a bitter face.

Dr. Hernandez was amazing! Super nice, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Also, Savannah was super helpful when helping us with our glasses. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Hernandez!!!!

Rude staff & slow, took forever to see me when I had an appointment.
Sitting and waiting over 30 minutes.
Kendra was exceptionally rude.

The examiner was huffing & puffing through-out the exam, so I asked him about his day; to which he responds, "it's been one of those days", Very unprofessional!

I've been waiting 30+ minutes just to pay my bill. Ridiculous staff and service. This place is a joke, don't come here.

Kendra should be fired.

I payed beyond my ins. price for a better frame when they delivered it I was looking at them like no way, these aren't what I chose these are the cheapest looking things I would never have chosen. Then she tells me she doesn't have to agree with me. And then Tells me I won't get the x-tra I put in because they now have to move frames to the other ones I chose for INS. Cost so my extra should be returned to me, or at least a portion of it. They wanted to hurt my feelings and say behind my back that I needed money back.
