The guys at OOROO have my continued business! Every one that I've met is courteous and enjoys what they do. I was even offered a ride home in their courtesy vehicle, and I would have but I made other arrangements. Their estimates come to your phone with pictures, a diagnosis and a recommended repair. This couldn't be any more convenient! They back their work with 3yr/36k miles and that's some great peace of mind. You won't be disappointed!

This place quoted me about $250 less than other Green Valley competitors for a timing belt replacement. The timing belt work was fine. However, that work caused power steering issues. So, I had to take it back. Afterward still issues with the power steering. Very frustrating! Fast forward, Leroy, the company director of operations, and expert mechanic as well, stepped into the situation, and made things right far beyond my expectations! I would give them another try. Thank you, Leroy!

On July 3rd I took my car in because it was acting like it was losing power at acceleration one time. No engine lights came on no other issue. They charged me $142 for a diagnostic test. They said my catalytic converter was bad and needed to be replaced at $3,500. In their notes that they were trying to shove into an envelope and not show me. It said I had a dirty engine/cabin filter and needed to check my liquids. They let me drive out of there without telling me I had three quarts low on oil due to a small leak around the oil filter. My car is a 2018. I called another mechanic and a gentleman came out. My catalytic converter had NO issues. I had asked OOROO if I put the new catalytic converter on will that fix my problem? The guy said maybe not it's running rough so we have to check after we install it. SCAM. They knew the low oil pressure and dirty engine filter was my problem and that's what they were going to get me to fix after they installed the unnecessary new catalytic converter. I feel I was being scammed. They should give me my $142 back for false info. If you are a woman or man who doesn't know a lot about vehicles do not come here they will try to cheat you. The mechanic I hired charged me for parts labor and an oil change total $190. My car runs perfect.
Also be very careful when you drop your car off. Two different people were picking up their cars before me and were charged more than what they were told

Ooroo at the green valley location has been the absolute best to me!! They are quick and considerate! But most of all they are very understanding with me and my kids waiting around. John has been the biggest help with it all! And Joy its so sweet

Excellent work and reasonable. These guys aren't about wanting to put unnecessary parts on your vehicle. They diagnose the issue and take care of it. Only place I have my vehicles worked on.

Pros: Fast service, friendly, great snack on the counter while waiting along with beautiful decor.

Cons: The name on the building is a little confusing because it doesn’t display Ooroo, instead it says Hickery.
