I bought a Texana hat with them which got dirty after a while. I brought it for cleaning and after a few days I picked up my hat as good as new. I was very impressed and they didn’t charge me anything.

Today i went to olivia’s with my cousins because one of my cousins wanted some pants, and i was trying some heels because the looked good and the lady accused me of playing around even tho i was trying to show my cousins. Me and my cousin were looking at some belts then i looked at some wallets and i put on my jacket bc i felt uncomfortable. One of my friends told me to leave because we didn’t want more problems with her because she kept making us uncomfortable by staring at as in a bad way the whole time and i went through the side of the store and the lady stopped me and was asking me if a robbed something and i was confused because i was just leaving the store and she made me take off my jacket and that made me uncomfortable because i’m under age and she was yelling at me that i “robbed” something then my cousin told her that i did not grab anything because i was with him.

She was really rude and my cousins I were looking for shoes and she assumed we robed something because my cousin put her jacket on and the lady talked to us so rudely and to our parents she changed her voice right away to seem nice, never going again.

Olivia and her family are friendly and helpful and they have a variety of clothes and lots and things you can't always easily find. I have stopped there several times looking for things I couldn't find anywhere else and they had them!
