This past weekend I finally got to visit downtown Blue Ridge after living here a year. When I walked in Olive and Pine I loved everything about this store and all the merchandise. Unfortunately there just had to be a downside and that was the staff. There was a young dark haired girl behind the counter who never came out from behind the counter and spoke. She never greeted customers or even as much of a glance. Well I found a satin jacket, there were only two and neither one had a price on them. So I approached the counter and asked this girl what the price was. She was on her phone typing away and she said without making eye contact, that she was doing something I took it for work. She moved over to the computer looking up the price of the jacket, but I wasn’t even sure if she was acknowledging me until she said it was $30. I said thank you and hung the jacket back on the rack . The girl actually glanced up and watched me hang it back on the rack. Honestly I would have purchased that jacket… $30 was very reasonable and I would have paid $60 for it. I just have issues with nasty attitudes and mad at the world demeanors. Sorry!

As a small business owner, I typically stay away from writing reviews but I’m taken back by my experience at Olive +Pine. Let’s me start by saying it’s by favorite store in Blue Ridge. We look forward to stocking up when we’re in town. Today I visited the store and it was busy. There were 2 ladies working and for 45 minutes browsing, they never said hello to me or any of the other customers. They walked behind one another and held lengthy conversations while customers constantly asked questions. The racks were empty, and people were frustrated. Several of our friends walked out. We do not shop at stores, where associates can’t simply say hello. Maybe next time, we will consider shopping here, but this time was awful.

This was such a pretty shop! My friends and I enjoyed browsing it while on vacation. I took of one star bc the young lady attending wasn’t very friendly and made it seem a little awkward, but otherwise it was really a gem of a shop!

I only got one shoe in the box and realized it when I got home (I live 3 hours from there). I’ve been calling but no one answers. And I don’t know the hours or days they are open.

Such a cute place with great service. The clothes I noticed when I went were free flowing vibes like skirts and sweaters but they also had some more chic items. They also have a plus size section and accessories. loved it

We had such a wonderful experience! The town was super busy due to the apple festivals but the employees at this business went above & beyond. Our family found many great items & they have been wonderful quality! We will definitely visit again when we come back into town for vacation ?

What a beautiful and trendy store! Bought a few pieces for myself, daughter and nieces. Store subtly reminds us to be positive and kind humans. Highly recommend!
