Very lovely lady named Valerie helped me out over the phone today with some questions I had about some pajamas for men and women. She was very patient with me and overall gave great customer service! If anyone ever has question Valerie is the girl to go to!

The store is clean and organized including the dressing rooms. They were out of some sizes of new items and the dressing room staff did check if there were any available that I just wasn't seeing on the floor. There wasn't but that's OK. Lots of good sale prices and the cashier's were very friendly and informed us of new upcoming sales.

I had the best experience here! I believe the names of ladies that helped us were Stephanie and Autumn. They were amazing! Both need a bonus and a raise for the way they handled our situation and the amount of patience and understanding was amazing!

I need a huge favor please I have located a store That has 2 shirts that I need shipped to me please!

1055 e baseline rd in gilbert az should have 2 "coors original" shirts on hold for me one xl and one XXL.

I went in this location last weekend looking for maternity clothes. I walked in assumed it was by the baby stuff and didn't see anything, I found a staff member and asked her if they had any maternity clothes she said they didn't sell any in this store but a lot of people buy online and can return them here and sometime it ands up in their sales area and to try and check in there. As I was searching through the pants a couple of women walked past talking about products and stuff and ask if I was doing alright, I told her yes. She came back a minute later and asked if she could help me find anything I told her I was trying to find maternity clothes and she said I was in the right section and ask me what size I was I said maybe a 4 in your jeans and she said I only asked because I woman just came in and returned a bunch of stuff but they were all size 14 and they haven't processed them all the way. I felt that was very kind of both these women that helped me out that day. After she and the other woman walked away she said that is an issue they need to address she thought to the woman. I don't normally ask for help but if I need it I'll ask, I found a pair of pants and went to the register and the first lady I spoke to said oh you found something I said yes luckily a pair of pants that fit. Thank you for the help!

Friendly staff & good selection.

This locating is hidden behind a larger department store but it's worth finding. They are a slower location so they are often cleaner and give more personalized assistance.

You will find the normal selection of Old Navy clothes, shoes & accessories.

I typically do as much online shopping as possible but if I know my size WILL be at a store, I'll go in.

This location has mediocre service and they are very dismissive when it's busy. Unfortunately, as a former retail employee, I understand busy and I also understand to not let that ruin my customer service.

Either they push applying for the Old Navy Credit Card on you (even if you just graduated HS and don't even have credit to your name) or make you feel burdensome.

I've interacted with Heather a few times and she's can be very helpful (upon store opening) and dismissive and wants to move the line along.
