Printing department is terrible. I placed my order on Friday in the morning via web site. There was a promise to complete my order until 6pm (same day pickup). At 2.30pm they just moved my pick up date to the next Monday. I do not need it on Monday! I need my copies same evening like you promise!

I've always gotten my tags printed here when I participate in our local Children's Consignment Sale. I've always paid extra to have my tags custom cut and it's never been a problem. Today my husband went to pick up the tags I had printed, and when he noticed they weren't cut like they usually are, he asked about it and the lady told him "we stopped doing that a long time ago." The extra money we paid to have them cut was refunded, but that really doesn't help. I could have printed these and cut them on my own at home for nearly free. The whole reason I have these printed here is to save time, and now I've wasted both time and money. Had they had the common courtesy to call and let me know that my tags could not be cut, I could have cancelled my order and saved us all time, but they couldn't even do that. I am extremely disappointed with my service here this time and we will not be back.

The most helpful and friendly service at the Redlands store. From the knowledgeable associate who answered my questions regarding shredding services and availability to the one who offered a cart to haul my 5 banker’s boxes and assisted in weighing them as the associate that would normally help was completing a print job for the customer ahead of me.

Seems like a great environment with a friendly team whose skills are very complementary. Sincere welcome and parting greetings too. Keep up the great work!!!

Slow, bad attitude.
The printing department is too slow! They only can served 3 customers by packing one broad in the bag by 5 mins. The manager said they know there are so many customers waiting but SHE couldn’t push them working fast. The manager hinted kept waiting or went out from her store.

I want to personally thank Rosie and Tala for Going above and beyond and taking their time and helping me print out my nephews funeral pamphlets. They were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. I would also like to personally thank April the manager, I can tell she deeply cares about her customers.
