It's only fair that I rewrite my review, as after I left my initial low star review, the owners personally reached out to me, not only to address each of the individual issues, but also to apologize and offer us a gift!

And here's the thing, they went so far as to check out my purchase history, and added things they knew I frequently bought to the gift. Stuff like Devil's Driver by CAM, my latest obsession ❤️🥲

I did not expect that, at all. A lot of places have given up on customer service these days and it's disappointing as heck. But it's fair to say these guys have NOT. I'd give them 10/5 stars for the way they handled our complaints alone. They went above and beyond once they heard our criticism and handled every single issue.

In addition to having very kind & generous owners, they have incredible prices. Even in my original review, I couldn't deny they have some of the best prices in the county right now. That definitely still holds up. Some brands you see in other dispensaries for $50 or $60+ an eighth, they have for $30 or $45 here. Brands like CBX, CAM, 710Labs, Heirloom, etc. It's worth the drive to come out here even if I'm not in the area.

The employees we've been seeing lately are very friendly and upbeat, they're super chill and helpful too. We try to always figure out what we want before we get there, but there's been plenty of times where they've told us about a deal or a brand we didn't catch so we can save some money or get better bud. Helping us save money is a real MVP move, but not having to constantly reject upsells is also a huge plus!

I'm happy to say this is my (& my fiance's) new favorite dispensary & we will certainly be returning.

A huge thank you, again, to the owners for reaching out and handling everything the way you guys did. I wish more companies still took customer service as seriously as you guys do, and I'll be recommending you to all my local friends!

First off, I'm an equal opportunity shopper when it comes to dispensaries. I'm lucky to have so many options so close so I can take advantage of whoever has the best deals running. That was until OTC showed up. I live in Lemon Grove, so to have a pot shop open up so close was awesome. The fact that they are smoking everyone else on price (pun intended) is a bonus. And the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I called recently to get the budtenders recommendation (I believe it was Vee that answered the phone) on a selection of wax and their advice was completely on point, thank you so much. And the last couple times I ordered online, there was a small issue with how it showed up in the system. Big shout out to Diane(sp?), for making them the most pleasant issue resolutions I can remember. Keep up the good work y'all. Sorry it took me so long to give y'all your due.
