Great shop! Bought my first kilt here a year ago and now buying my second. Good prices, wide selection of brands colors, sizes and patterns. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and really wanted me to get a kilt that best suited my lifestyle and activity level. I am coming back to buy more here in the future. I sent a message at 10:58pm expecting a response the next day. They got back to me within 5 minutes. They were knowledgeable and friendly. they were able to get me my kilt express shipping because the first place I went to sent me an inferior product that didn't fit. OKK's kilt was the real deal from Edinburgh. Got my family tartan in the style I wanted fast. I can't say enough good things about this experience!

Extremely helpful people here. I was interested in getting a kilt for the first time and didn't know what to look for at first. JT, helped me find a style I liked, and made sure it fit me comfortably. Even if we couldn't find a size for myself, he offered to custom order one with no extra charge. Had to wait a little longer, but I didn't mind. Great and friendly people here.

A few weeks ago I reached out to Off Kilter Kilts with a question regarding about custom sizing. JT got back to me very quickly and I explained that I was looking for a kilt for my wedding, Oct 31, this year. He told me it was doable and that if I wanted a two tone kilt which one to get! I was super excited because I was worried that I wouldn't have one in time. With my hopes high, disaster struck again. My finances fell short of what I needed. I told JT and he told me if I could cover half then I could pay the rest later. I was surprised! A new company helping someone they had never done business with before, was willing to help out! This company has been absolutely amazing! And that's just the service!

I received my kilt earlier than expected! It is heavy duty, excellent quality, and I love that they provide heavy duty velcro to sucure it! The measurements were perfect and I cannot wait to order another from them!!

We went in to get two kilts for our teen and our 20-something kids. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Helped us look up our family tartan. Kilts have plenty of options, and they were patient as the kids went through every one--length, etc. Two weeks later, we received a call and the kids have custom made kilts. The teen wore hers to school today. We will be back! Definitely worth a stop for locals and tourists alike. I've never seen so many options in one place. Super easy, free street parking--something that is not always an option in Pasadena.

Got my first kilt here. JT and his staff are great to deal with. I have since purchased several more kilts because they're like potato chips, you can't have just one. OKK is the only place to go. You can try them on and they are great about helping find the kilt that's right for you.

The modern Kilt has arrived in Pasadena. If you were already inclined to wear a kilt, here is a chance to try many manufacturers and styles in person -- no more by guess and by golly via the interwebs. The proprietor and crew are pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. Especially patient.

Although I have to warn you: No matter how weird you think you'd feel, 90% of S.O..s think it looks hot on you (ys, even you!) and really who can say ?no." to that. 😀
