Technician Haley did a check on my HVAC system and I am very impressed. She was friendly and professional and gave me a report on my system and roof. Haley also explained what benefit a service contract could provide. Since I have the system checked at least twice a year, I decided to opt for the contract.

Had Zach out early this week from Oasis heating and air. It was time for my bi-annual system Check up. During this checkup, Zach found a problem with an electrical panel that was cracked on one of the units. He explained the problem thoroughly and made an appointment for us the next day to come out and replace it. Oasis is thorough and they are always on time. They have the best employees. Who understand what Service mean's. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating and air-conditioning needs. I have been a customer for four and I am a very satisfied customer.

Great service. I had plumbing issue at my rental unit. I was leaving town on Wednesday. I called Oasis on Monday and they were able to schedule a plumber on Tuesday. Tom showed up as scheduled. Work was completed within an hour. I highly recommend Oasis. Great company!

Oasis Air Conditioning and Heating is a family run business that really puts family first. We have been using this company since 2019. We recently had some health concerns, and our units needed some attention. Dave, Will and Joe came out right away and were amazing. The problems were diagnosed and the technicians worked all day to fix the issues. They even came up with a solution to a previous construction problem under one of the units that had nothing to do with their company, worked on it for many hours, fixed the problem, at no charge. We were not even on their schedule. They were friendly, kind, happy to answer questions and left the home spotless.
Dave and his technicians treated us like family, and we will always be grateful! We highly recommend this company!

Oasis installed my unit a few years ago and have always had the best customer experience. Yearly maintenance is something I’ve always stayed on top of but my unit decided to give out during some of the hottest record temps this summer. My issue was made a priority during the busiest time of the season and had me back up and running. Everyone is always so professional from the office to the field. From initially working with Brandy to spec a new Trane XL-15 gas-pack for my home, to the installation a week later (thank you) the staff at Oasis was friendly, professional, courteous & respectful. The crews cleaned all ducts and sealed them using a patented product, Aeroseal. They left the house as clean and "tidy" as they found it. Thank you Oasis!

First, a little background: I had another HVAC servicer evaluate my three Trane systems this year. I was told that my casita system was completely non-functional to the point of needing a total replacement. Recommended maintenance for the other two systems (cleaning blower assemblies, replacing mainline starters and current controller, and adding refrigerant) came to a staggering $6,255.75 (including $4,075.50 for five pounds of refrigerant).

I decided to get a second opinion from Oasis, and I'm very glad I did. The Oasis tech (Bryson) was fantastic. He spent the time needed to meticulously evaluate my systems, and patiently answered my questions. Most importantly, he knew what he was doing and had excellent problem-solving skills. After ruling out mechanical issues, he determined that the casita HVAC problem was in the programming of my smart thermostat. He reprogrammed it--at no charge! He also recommended cleaning the blower assemblies (at one fifth of the price charged by the other company) and replaced one small part. The other replacement parts recommended by the prior company all checked out fine. Needless to say, I happily signed up for Oasis' annual maintenance plan! Thank you, Oasis.

1/2/25 Recently had Oasis perform winter servicing of my heating systems. Once again, the technician was excellent. He was very thorough and explained things well. No upselling. I'm very satisfied with Oasis.
