This mall has seen better days. In the 90’s this mall was THE teenage hotspot for shopping, dining and general hanging out. Over the years this place has lost many businesses and is a ghost town while visiting. The only storefronts that I saw lovely enough to attract shoppers was Sportsman Warehouse and a really neat video game store that provided 90’s video game nostalgia items as well as a worthy gaming zone that charges by the hour. It’s sad to see the glorious Nugget Mall on life support but the times are a changing.

I came here to buy a shirt from boarderline but I needed to go to the bathroom. The bathrooms are locked and require you to go to a business to get a key.

That is a very solid sign of a failed mall. Very pathetic and I ended up leaving to go elsewhere. The management has literally failed at operating a bathroom.

Used to be a cute little mall with lots of small shop, but in the last decade has sold of chunks to major chains such as Sportsman Warehouse, Pet Co., and Joanns. The rest of the mall is pretty empty now. The new owners seem to be cleaning up the place and look to have plans to improve the area. It's also a major bus stop for Capitol Transit.

I'm not sure this qualifies as a mall so much as a shopping center or something. The parking lot frequently has holes big enough to hide a smaller car in. In fact, I'm not 100% sure that I haven't just driven over the hood of another car that's fallen into one of their many giant potholes.

There's always people standing by the entrances smoking, sometimes drinking. Makes it a little uninviting. Half the stores are closed or a modern mystery as to how they remain open when I've never seen more than one or two people in them (including the employee).

Highlights inside include a single hall with bathrooms that look so sketch inside I'm surprised there's not a crystal meth entry fee, some pokestops if you play Pokemon Go, a few big chain stores (Office Depot, Sportsman's Warehouse, Joann's), a really friendly bookstore, a friendly insurance agent, and a little Mexican restaurant with decent food and some really nice people behind the counter.

Overall, this place is about as questionable as AA meetings in a brewery. They dozed the small pet shop that was there before to build a new restaurant, which apparently fell through since the construction stopped after they razed it. They've started patching holes lately, but who knows how long that will last. It seems cyclical and last time went ignored for months. There's always abandoned cars in the lot too. If they'd just add something like a Sonic drive in, update the interior of the mall, and keep up with maintenance like any business is expected to, it wouldn't be so bad.

It's kinda sad how so many stores have had to close because of to high of rent. That mall use to be great but now not so much. Joann Fabric and Hearthside books are still great. Also La Salsa. The craft fairs are kinda cool there.
