I am not sure how this company got such high reviews but after my recent experience I recommend that you NEVER shop at this establishment. Carol was my saleswoman and is the only bright light in this place. She’s the only person that has at least tried to help. After the order was placed things went downhill. It took 8 weeks to get my bedroom set. The delivery team showed up, argued with each other the whole time and was extremely unprofessional. They broke my bed putting it together and wanted me to pay my balance for the broken pieces before they left. Ray the service manager tried to convince my husband to let them try to fix the bed and refurbish it instead of replacing the bed. We spent over $1800 on a new bed and expect a new unbroken bed. We spoke with the warehouse manager who at least got us a new bed ordered but never followed up with us as to how long this would take. The store manager Todd was “supposed” to call us but could not be bothered and I’m still waiting for the call. It has taken more than 10 phone calls over several weeks , taking several hours of our time to fight for only what I ordered. They never even offered to at the very least wave the $150 delivery fee. Some good faith gesture but this company clearly doesn’t care about their customers or their business. I was really hoping to found a good furniture place but after this HORRIBLE service I cannot in good conscience recommend them.

Maja is a fabulous designer! She pulled precisely the perfect fabric for our sofa slipcovers. We greatly appreciate her patience and expertise with us in the mattress selection process.

Five Stars doesn’t seem like a high enough rating for the design direction, and quality furniture and professional delivery/set-up service provided by Norwood’s Furniture. We worked with Shasta on furnishings, rugs, mattresses and bedding for our new build home. She was extremely helpful, professional and responsive. We really relied on her design expertise. Erin worked with Shasta on our privacy blinds and drapery panels. Everything was delivered on time as scheduled and the delivery/set-up and install teams were efficient and careful of walls, door frames, etc. When they left every piece was in place and our home looked like a model! We are extremely happy with the results. We will always work with Shasta and Norwood’s for all future design and furniture needs.

Norwood furniture has a fabulous selection of furniture. I worked with Hannah who did a great job. She followed up on everything and kept me informed. She made great selections and suggestions and I love everything that I got from Norwood. Karen in design services is fabulous. I had two benches recovered and they are both gorgeous ❤️
I have to also add that Jim from the warehouse was wonderful to work with. The delivery men that brought the furniture are the best. I love Norwood Furniture . They have great customer service and I feel that my home is gorgeous thanks to Hannah and Karen.

Our family had just moved to Arizona and were in need of new furniture to furnish our new home. Upon looking around we quickly realized our options were websites or big box
stores; until we found Norwood Furniture.

Well, it’s been a few years and WOW did we score big with Norwood Furniture!!
Our home is everything we had hoped to come true. We have well constructed, furniture - couch, recliners, chairs, lamp and wall clock and a beautiful king sized dual control bed, as well as plantation shutters throughout . Our furniture is from the latest designers and with our own personal design consultant, who was remarkable. We are proud to say we have a gorgeous living space; many thanks to all those involved, from Dena the receptionist, Ray of Customer Service, Maria and Todd, Design Consultants, and the unnamed delivery service personnel.

Lastly, I had an issue with an accessory and the customer service representative,Ray drove to our home making an incidental repair onsite-find that type of personalized service anywhere else.

After all this— you’ll be just as pleased with your furniture and accessories; you’ll be never doubtful you made the best decision and be a permanent customer for life as we are. So happy to have a great ongoing relationship and experience with every purchase. Linda L
