Love coming to this Home Depot. Some of the employees are not as knowledgeable as I’d like and not that helpful but then some employees are very knowledgeable and super helpful. But overall, nice clean store

I was putting some sheet rock on top of my vehicle & they had no rope so I can tie it down so I asked the cashier & she said "We don't have any" I asked another worker they said the same thing so I asked to speak to a manager & the manager came (young man) he says to me "What's the problem" I said I bought some sheet rock & you guys don't have any rope outside so I can tie it down. He says in a nasty way "We don't supply rope for anyone" I said "So how am I supposed to get the sheet rock home" he says "I don't know, that's not our problem that's your problem...go buy rope, we do sell it" I was livid!! I ended up buying a big roll of shrink wrap & called corporate & complained.

The most annoying thing about this shopping center or strip mall or whatever you want to call it is it is impossible and it's a pain to get in and out of the parking lot and it doesn't matter if you're going to home Depot or Wawa on the road it's a nightmare it's almost like you need a traffic cop standing there directing traffic

Got nearly everything you can need for home repair .
They try to push for self checkout ,to which I respond " I picked it out and paying for it you cashier it or I wil just take it. "
The idea of me doing your job is ridiculous.

Typical Home Depot. Couple of miles away from me. Had a hard time getting assistance for a plumbing repair I was trying to do. It was shortly after 6pm, but they're open until 10 pm, so I expected better.
