We are over the road truck drivers. We parked in the far end of the lot so that we could enjoy some shopping and the water while we wait til after the long weekend. We made no mess and disturbed no one. There are no signs that say we can’t be there. They sent us away. Why? There are homeless people that get more respect than a working person that contributes to the economy. Don’t come here.

Very organized and well stocked! The store is clean and has hand sanitizer throughout the store. A very COVID aware/compliant environment. I felt very comfortable in the store with the precautions in place. Great sale today. Bought tons of stuff since it's been my first time shopping since the quarantine.

"I would like to express my gratitude for Kyle, one of the staff members working at this Long Beach branch. I was searching for my dress shoes and ended up forgetting my wallet. While searching for it, I encountered him, and he kindly returned it to me, mentioning that he had found it and left it at the counter. Of course, everything, including cash and all the important things, was intact. Additionally, he not only kindly responded to the customers' requests but also provided various conveniences. Thanks to him, shopping was enjoyable, and I greatly appreciated his kind service spirit. I believe Kyle's exemplary service spirit deserves commendation."

No complaints about this Rack. Everything is organized and it is easy to get to. The parking lot is big but it does have two popular restaurants next door. That is also a plus, the shopping center has a lot going on. I have got a few great items for myself here and picked up clearance items to sell online. The customer service and all employee interactions are very professional. Thank you for the great deals Nordstrom.

Worst Nordstrom Rack Stores
1. Downtown Los Angeles 7th and Fig
2. Long Beach Marina Pacifica Mall

The store is small, it smells weird and the selection is sub par. I have to say this store is really just a glorified Ross!! I tried to buy Crocs for my nephew but upon further inspection it appeared as if someone rented a pair to wear around Disneyland and then returned them to your rack.

Nordstrom rack on-sale everyday. Anyone who has spent time at Nordstrom knows. Quality mostly lux brands. Customer service is light years ahead of the pack. The rack is affordable and same high quality items.
