The store was clean and the staff friendly, especially Parker at checkout who was very quick and helpful. Prices were good for the quality of the items I found. However, it was difficult to find the right size for some items as things seemed a little out of place.

5 stars for the boys suit i bought here. 0 stars for the lack of consideration when i tried to return it. the seat had ripped from normal use—just a few times since it had been purchased a few months prior. The policy is no returns after 60 days, but the store manager has discretion, i confirmed after being turned away and giving Nordstrom a call for clarification. I asked for some consideration since it was formal wear and not used very often. Why turn away a loyal customer when it’s in your power to reciprocate in kind? My bad for assuming “The Rack” would align with the #Nordstrom brand and reputation.

Excellent excellent location! This is how every Nordstrom rack should really operate when I think about it. The shoe area is clean, the bathrooms are spotless virtually. The women’s wear and menswear are properly and neatly in order. The men’s sock wall is pretty big too haha! The change rooms are not in disarray and they staff here seems pretty accommodating. One gentleman went out of his way to give me a hand looking for my size which was nice for a change. Great job everyone keep up the great work

Got a high quality blue suit, shoes, and a belt all for under $300 after tax. Nice! Had to get it tailored elsewhere as they don't have onsite tailoring.

Good prices on quality shoes and clothes. They have a fair collection of larger size shoes. I wear size 14 or 15 and found two pair of shoes this trip.

Honestly, this retail store reminds me of a much more organized and expensive version of Ross. It was quite crowed and the aisles a bit tight.
I was here on experience after winning a gift card which I was super happy about. I'm not complaining, I just can't find myself coming back for more personal reasons.

If you could imagine, I visited this location on Black Friday. There were a lot of people in the store, but even with everyone there, the items were still very organized. It was a little difficult to get through due to the amount of stock that filled the aisles but not impossible. After collecting my items, the line to purchase them was long. However, it moved very quickly. Every register was open, and the staff was very friendly and worked efficiently. I was very impressed with the associates working. For a Black Friday shopping experience, this was one of the more pleasant ones.
