This is a very nice plaza with different food places, a Trader Joe here, retail store, a Regal movie theater and much more places. I came here tonight and be aware that starting Nov 18, they'll start charging for parking. The first hour will be free but then they'll start charging per hour. I came when it was still free today so I didn't have any issues. I was able to visit some retail stores, it's boba time, MOD pizza, trader Joe's, Ulta Beauty and Daiso. There security walking around here as well to help you feel safe. The vibes overall here is very good and I had a great time hanging out here.

I really love this place! I like that there are different types of stores, a coffee shop nearby, and nice spots to sit and enjoy the weather and a coffee after shopping. There’s also a gym close by, and overall the area looks beautiful and fun – the string lights add a cozy vibe, and everything is always clean and well-maintained. It’s a great place to spend time.

I love the Regal theater it’s my to go too so much that I drive 30 min to come here. They used to have ample parking all the way to the roof top which had a great view and charge point chargers up there. Now as of recent (Jan 2025) all of a sudden there’s no more roof access limiting parking to the 3 levels which gets full even late like 9-11pm cuz the gym ….and none of the chargers work I went today and started at level 2 moved twice and then moved to level 3 and moved twice none worked and it was not the app it was the actual units not emitting power thru.
The charging for parking is new as of Nov 2024 but regal validates so that’s not much of a bother to me but no roof access… I’m assuming something happened and that’s why possibly after a certain time they block it off …

How sad... all those expensive condos and that's the best they can do for their dog park? no shade, no trees, no enrichment... glad we have the other Park on Whitnall Highway for our North Hollywood dog park lovers.

This place was great when it first opened. We’ve been going almost everyday since because of the LA FITNESS. However recently it has become the go-to hang out spot for criminals. Driving in yesterday, someone ran up and stole our parking ticket before we could take it out the machine. When we used the help button for assistance, we were told to just pay the lost ticket fee because it is “not that much money.” Why should we have to pay for a lost ticket that we NEVER LOST? Not to mention the drivers that do donuts and races throughout the parking lot. Cameras and security are needed at this place ASAP. Not a family safe spot anymore unfortunately.

I loved this shopping center until they started charging for parking. Luckily the first hour is free but I’ve been stuck in line to get out of the parking because BOTH lanes to get out are having technical issues. I don’t even want to come back. Very disappointing that they ruined a great place with greed to make money on parking…

Cool place, everything new and fresh. Lots of charging outlets to stay connected. Variety of local shops not too far from community in the vicinity.
