I shop at this location often and always find great deals. Was in the store a few weeks ago and found some great deals. The cashier who helped me, Amanda, was personable and pleasant. I was telling her that I couldn't pass up on some of the things I found and we were just talking and laughing. Her demeanor changed and it was almost like she did not want to look back up at me. She said I reminded her of (and sounded just like)her sister and I could tell she was getting emotional but trying to hold herself together. She still provided great customer service although it was evident she was a little emotional. I was glad that I stopped in that day and got her as a cashier. The holidays are hard for many and life itself can be hard. But so many people still show up and provide services to others and help make their day better regardless of what they have going on. Even though our interaction stirred up emotions Amanda remained so pleasant and provided great customer service. I'll be looking for her the next time I'm in the store. That back wall with the great deals gets me every time!

My husband & I can’t speak highly enough of Denise. We came there on Tuesday to the Nike store on Tuesday to shop. The entire shopping experience at the Nike store in Winter Garden, from the moment we walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Denise was not only was very knowledgeable but also took the time to address all our questions and concerns. We left the store feeling amazed by the service she gave. We need more sales associates like Denise. We appreciate her and the service she provided. If you're looking for a Nike store with a compassionate sales associate , look no further than Denise. We will definitely are coming back to shop again. Thank you Denise and God bless.

I went to do shopping I have a first watch bag( breakfast) . I it was hard to grab everything I wanted I asked can I put the first watch bag up front to continue shopping they told me no. I don’t spend less than $500 when I shop. I don’t spend money in establishments that don’t help customers. Make customer service great again because I only wanted to free my hands to shop. Poor customer service i rather spend money inside places that appreciate their customers.

A loyal customer since 2010 until got the worst customer service at this location from “Addy or Addie?” She was not wearing her name tag and do not even know if its her real name. She has Orange hair/ Glasses/ Chubby.
Usually won’t put a bad review, but this must be seen from a manager. “Addy” Rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. We purchased $120 and asked an extra bag , so we could put our things and she denied and the bag the originally was using she threw on the floor when asked. As being a company owner I would highly recommend not having this type of associates ruining the customer service for the brand. If she can’t handle good customer service or her temper , she should apply somewhere else Back of the House.

I went to this location because the one in Orlando was sold out of the shoes I wanted. You can tell from the photo they are 2 years old and needed new ones I was not disappointed with this location. I walked inside and spoke to an associate & asked him if he could help me find the shoes that were on my feet and he pointed me in the perfect direction within 5 minutes I had a brand new pair of shoes on my feet. Nice and comfortable it's like I never switched my shoes besides making that comfortable upgrade we'll be going back here in the future to purchase more pairs.

MARQUEL C. That's THE guy. With busy back to school shopping this guy made my kids and I feel like we were the only customer in the store. Helped us while helping 3 other customers and still found a way to come back and check on us after we changed style and sizes. This guy could have done what most do and say sorry what's on the shelf is what we have and he didn't. He Checked the back , checked other .stores, checked online. Simply put he is customer service. I highly recommend you going to this location and ask for HIM to assist you. GREAT GUY GREAT SERVICE.
