I would not advise anyone to work for this company in the DMV area I have gotten injured on the job and not getting paid for it. They are quick to make you come back to work and most of the directors are rude and nasty and we are not gonna talk about it you stand up for yourself. For the little money that they pay and the job that you are expected to do does not add up. Simple as that I have happy that I for a nice paying job and that they value me. But this company is not it do not apply I do not recommend it!!!!

I wanted to share my experience regarding a situation I encountered while working as a floater. On my first day, I met a man who l believe was the director or someone responsible for the schedule. He seemed cool at first and even asked for my Instagram, which I provided. Later that day, he mentioned he was ordering pizza and offered me some. I declined, explaining that I was on a diet. In response, he said, "Why are you on a diet? You have a great body, thick thighs, and a nice butt." I brushed it off and ignored the comment.

That same day, I posted a video of myself at the gym on Instagram, and he liked the post. I didn't think much of it and moved on.

The following day at work, I don't remember exactly how the conversation started, but he mentioned that he liked dark-skinned girls with a nice body. Since I'm dark-skinned and work out regularly, it felt like he was referring to me, but I chose to let it go.

Over time, his comments about my body continued, which made me feel
uncomfortable. I was nervous to address it directly, so l reached out to the person who hired me to request a transfer to another location. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up with me.

Eventually, I mentioned to the director that I had a boyfriend. After that conversation, he removed me from Instagram and stopped adding me to the schedule. I reached out to the person who hired me again but received no response. I also tried contacting HR, left a message, and never heard back.

I would really appreciate it if someone could get back to me so l can fully explain what happened.

Unprofessional. I was asked to interview virtually at 10:00am and noone showed up. When i emailed after waiting almost 10minutes they tried to say i was the one who was late. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing they completely lied. Seems like i dodged a bullet with this employer

NFC manages the Pullman in Denver CO. The staff they hire are really what drives the sense of community here. In particular, Amillia A has always gone above and beyond for residents, knowing everyone by name (and their dogs!), going out of her way to help residents, and always has a smiling face and friendly attitude. She worked here years ago, and I know so many residents were thrilled to have her back at the Pullman. She's someone everyone knows they can trust and rely on. We're so glad to have her here!

I worked with this company two years ago and I really thought it was more serious, they should follow up with the managers who have preferences with some workers. One day I woke up with my knee swollen and I couldn't walk, his response was come anyway, because I didn't warn before, not at all humane. Then she told me that the building I was in was going to change companies, and the next day she had her friend there in the position that I had. There is never communication contact with the employee. I will not return there and I do not recommend it from my experience.

The property I live at is currently under NFC's portfolio, The Pullman in Denver - and I have to leave a review of 5 STARS+ due to the amazing concierage, Amillia. The events / sponsorships she gets for the events at our property is beyond amazing (have no idea how she does it) - and hope that she will be a valuable member of the building as long as I live there!!!
