I never received my package and an employee lied to me about the status of the package. I had ordered ties for a wedding and it was set to arrive at the beginning of the week. but come Friday the tracking still said Newgistics had sent it out to be received by USPS days ago, but that never happened. I called and an employee didn't know what to say. I called again and this employee started telling me it was scanned about ten minutes ago by USPS in MN, and that sometimes it takes a bit for the tracking to update on the customer side of things. Two weeks later and USPS still had not received it. Terrible company, lies to customers.

If I could give this service a "zero" star rating I would. They have been holding my order for over 2 weeks. I understand COVID and the holidays makes things tough, but not this tough. standard UPS and FedEx have been getting me product that has traveled a farther distance. They also don't update the tracking info online regularly. What a joke. If you see that this service is expected to ship your order, cancel your order with the seller or choose another option.

I've had packages arrive from Japan at faster shipping speeds than this company. It's frustrating so many e-commerce retailers are using this company for their logistic needs resulting in packages not reaching households within the estimated shipping times or not arriving at all. My latest experience with them currently has a package sitting at one of their hubs for 10 days now with no clue if I'll ever see it. So happy it's a package that can't be replaced this time too...not.

I have a package that is supposedly being delivered. It is via Newgistics; which Pitney Bowes owns. The tracking info just keeps saying exception, delayed with no reason why. I call Pitney Bowes customer service and there is no way to get directly to a person to help. So, I picked random options until I got a person on the phone. I told them what I needed and they said; okay let me transfer you to the right area. Last time I was supposedly transferred to the right area; I held for 15 minutes and no one picked up. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Very pleased with this company.! After placing an order and then seeing reviews I was concerned but I give a 5 star. The updates was made and I actually received my package 3 to 5 days earlier than the original estimate delivery date. I had no issues with getting my package and pleased with updates and delivery time. Thank you! I hope to see more positive reviews. Usually people only review with complaints and not the good things. Thank you! I will not hesitate ordering when your company is part of the delivery of my item.

I had two packages being returned via smart label operated by this company. I shipped those two packages at same day. I dropped the package at Dec 11th at usps, they were picked up by agent on Dec 13th,. After that the one of the package were hold by the agent for 7 days not moving at all, the other package were hold by the agent for 10 days not moving at all. Never see shipping companies like this before.

Newgistics has had my package for 14 days - and has NOT YET delivered it to my local USPS for final delivery!!!!!!!!! And, they claim to have delivered it to the Mount Prospect USPS - WRONG! Any logistics company delivers packages to the USPS Processing & Distribution centers FIRST. And, I happen to be subscribed to USPS Informed Delivery - and THAT email comes from the USPS Distributiion centers - PROOF that Newgistics has done NOTHING with my shipment!!
